  Washer and dryer worked well. The man who owned it was very nice and fed me lots of fresh fruit for free. Very good value for money.

  Very easy to use and convenient paying method. I paid by apple pay, you can pay by visa or bank transfer. It costed 60,000 for 36 minutes wash (up to 8kg), And 60,000 for 40 minutes dry (15,000 for 10 minutes). We met the owner that came to clean the filters, he was very nice and gave us many fruits. There’s also an ironing machine that’s free to use and a fan and small bottles of water for convenience.

  10/10 recommend this place! Wash is fast and inexpensive. No detergent needed! The owner came and sat with me and even cut me up some fruit to enjoy while I waited. :))

  Great place for laundry in Tam Coc! It was so handy not having to use cash and instead being able to pay by card or bank transfer. It made the whole process much easier and hassle free. The machines were clean and easy to use, although when we first opened them they had a bit of a bad smell, probably from being closed after a hot was. The machines state that detergent is automatically added, but we decided to add a little of our own just in case. We're glad we did, as our clothes came out clean but only smelt of the detergent we added, so we're not sure whether the machine detergent had run out or was just unscented. There are dryers and an ironing service available too, which is really handy. We also appreciated the little extras like free WiFi, a fan, and seating while you wait. Overall, a great, convenient self service laundry that we'd happily use again!

  Great experience with this self-service laundry in Ninh Binh! The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and assisted us with everything. Thanks to him, the whole process was quick and hassle-free.   We used this laundry service today and it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. After washing our clothes in their machines, every single item came out covered in stains. We contacted support immediately. First, they sent someone who spent two hours doing absolutely nothing useful. Then another employee arrived and tried to convince us that we had brought the clothes dirty ourselves and were somehow trying to scam them for compensation. Multiple other laundries later confirmed that the stains were most likely caused by oil and dirt buildup inside poorly maintained washing machines. We spent hours trying to save our clothes. Some laundries refused to even touch them because they said stains like this are extremely difficult to remove. Others openly explained that this usually happens when machines are not cleaned regularly. Meanwhile, we are traveling and now left without clothes for the rest of our trip… To avoid more drama, we intentionally underestimated the value of the damaged clothes during compensation discussions. Even then, after destroying our belongings, wasting half our day, ruining our plans, and creating an incredibly stressful situation, they refunded only 1.5 million VND — including none of the emotional stress and wasted time, and not even properly covering the laundry costs themselves. We only received that amount of money because I kept fighting for fair compensation. At the beginning, they wanted to give us only 1 million VND, even though we had already spent almost 200,000 VND just on the laundry service itself !!!! If you care about your clothes while traveling, avoid this place!!!
