  We had rented 2 wheeler from them riding our trip to Ninh Bình. The scooty was in well maintained and very good condition. They give 2 helmets as well if you request. The girl helped us with the must visit places in ninh bình. She also helped us with our bus booking back to hanoi. They are really helpful and welcoming, we recommend to rent 2 wheeler from them.

  I’m very happy with the motorbike rental service! The girl who helped us was incredibly friendly and kind. We had a small issue with the motorbike — something that had never happened before — and even though she was 30 minutes away, she came quickly to fix it. We really appreciated her fast response and warm attitude. Thank you so much for your help and great service! 🙏

  Best rental experience! They were friendly and the rental process was quick and simple. We were able to drop the bikes whenever it suited on the final day. Id highly recommend renting here to explore the area.

  Rented a scooter for one day. It was 150 dong. We had to get gas right away, but there was a gas station right around the corner. Overall, good experience no problems with the bikes. They provided a helmet. Owners were very nice told us we could bring the bikes back and anytime and to just ring the bell if they were not outside. I will definitely use this business again when I come back.

  BEWARE. Shady dealings. I called her to ask about renting a bike. She told me it'd cost 100,000 VND for one day. I agreed to rent her bike for 2 days. The bike was delivered to my hotel by her son who told me it'd be 120,000 VND a day. I should've gone with another rental but since the bike was at the hotel already I decided to give him the benefit of a doubt. We signed a rental agreement with a 3,000,000 VND cash deposit to be returned to me when I return her bike. I gave him 3,200,000 VND-2 day rental cost + deposit. When I called her to return the bike, she mentioned it was the one with a deposit. I reminded her that it was a 3,000,000 VND deposit. 10 minutes later, a woman came to the hotel to pick up the bike without any money. I had to go with her to a second location for her to get 3,000,000 VND. Before she gave me back my deposit she called the owner to make sure I paid for the rental. I told her I did. On the way back to the hotel, she drove so carelessly we almost got in an accident. I'd avoid this business.

  Disappointing service and poor communication. We paid for a full day rental, but they made us return the keys the same evening, which didn’t make sense. I had left my personal helmet on the scooter, and the staff assured me I’d get the same scooter back the next day — but instead, we received a different one in worse condition. My helmet was returned scratched. On the day of our departure, they made us wait a long time to get back the helmet and my ID, claiming they were bringing them — but in the end, both had been left at the hotel the whole time. We only found out thanks to our transfer driver. Not trustworthy at all.
