  Duc Huy Bike is in my opinion the best bike shop in Ninh Binh. We travel by bike and we were very well received by the owner. She helped us because we needed to change our tires. She gave very good advice and they have enough stock in the store so that we can change our two pairs. Thank you again and see you soon

  Amazing place. I had a hard time trying to deal with stripped Allen bolt on my bicycle. Visited this shop with hopes to buy new Allen key. But owner/staff was so kind, they gave me 2 Allen keys for free, and also replaced broken bolt. For free. Thank you so much, you saved my trip!

  Great quality bikes and great service. Arrived back in a hurry, had 10 minutes left to catch my bus and they courteously took me to the bus station for free! Would recommend, best bike rental in Ninh Binh

  Fantastic Bicycle Shop in Ninh Binh - A Must-Visit! I recently had an amazing experience at a bicycle shop in Ninh Binh, Vietnam, and I couldn't wait to share my thoughts. This shop deserves all the recognition for their exceptional service and well-maintained bikes. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Even though their English wasn't fluent, they put in a tremendous effort to assist me with my bicycle rental needs. Their dedication and willingness to help truly stood out. What impressed me even more was the owner's (a lady) involvement. Despite the language barrier, she took the time to communicate with me over the phone and provided clear and friendly instructions. Her commitment to ensuring a smooth experience was evident, and I really appreciated her kindness. The bicycles they offered were in excellent condition, and it was clear that they take great care of their fleet. This attention to detail made my cycling journey around Ninh Binh an absolute joy. The well-maintained bikes added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip, and I can't thank the shop enough for that.   The best bike rental in all of Nin Binh. The lady is very nice and speaks great English. For two bikes for the day we paid 160k super fair price. The lady behind the bikes lent us a phone holder for free. we did 40 kilometers and the bikes were very efficient. at the end, I will add that the owner makes delicious coffee, be sure to take coffee in addition to bikes!!’

  Very happy to recommend this great bicycle shop with helpful & expert owners. I was cycling by on a rental bicycle from a guesthouse and the tires were a bit flat. They kindly helped pump them up & warned me that the tyres were quite worn out. True enough the next day one of the tyres was flat! So I returned to Duc Huy Bike and rented a basic one-speed Japanese shopping bicycle in excellent condition from them. It was ideal for exploring the local area as it’s pretty flat. They also had quite a number of mountain bikes that looked new & perfect for more of an off-road adventure. Cảm ơn & Chúc may mắn!

  I currently live in Hanoi. I bike tour to Ninh Binh often. On this trip, I had 2 bike mechanical issues that needed repair. I did my research and Duc Huy bike shop had perfect reviews. Now I see why, the service and staff are amazing. Within 15 minutes, both of my issues were fixed and I was back on the road. Cảm ơn nhiều to Vân and your staff, you are the best! I highly recommend Duc Huy for all your bicycling needs. Whether you need a repair or to buy / rent a bicycle.

  Overpriced and terrible customer service. Very disappointing experience. The bike was overpriced, and the seat was dirty, ruining my friend's clothes. When we informed the owner, she completely ignored us and did absolutely nothing about it. lack of professionalism and cleanliness.
