  We rented an electric bike here (they have two different models) for 3 days to explore Tam Coc and its surroundings, it was wonderful. Service GREAT! Affordable price, and great liberty to move around where and when you want. Thanks to ‘e-bike&mountain bike rental’ team!!

  Excellent service and very responsible staff! We rented two electric bikes for a day and paid 200,000 VND for both. After riding for a few hours, we decided to try drive an electric scooter. The staff exchanged the two bikes to electric scooter without extra fee. The staff offered to come back the next morning and change the scooter, as the current had a slightly drained battery. Next morning we changed the scooter and paid 100,000 VND for half a day's rental because we wanted to return it later than scheduled.

  We had the best time with these bikes! They are brand new and all bikes have a motor as well so you don’t even have to put in any work if you don’t want to. We rented them for a full day for a very cheap price, overall 10/10 would definitely come back again!! (If you go to this area renting a bike is definitely a must)

  We were so happy with our experience here, the owner and staff really went above and beyond with their service. We arrived around lunchtime to rent a pair of e-bikes, which we were able to rent until 8pm without any issue, they even took some off the full price for the half day hire. The bikes were in great condition and very nice to ride, ideal for the landscape around here. But what really set them apart was our experience after the bike hire. We were in town only for the afternoon and caught a night train at 11pm, so we didn't have a place to stay. They kept our luggage safe for us and after we got back from biking they let us not only use their shower, but even invited us to use the pool! After dinner we were able to sit and chat until our train. What a lovely place!

  Me and two friends got e-bikes here for the day, very friendly and helpful service and the bikes were great! There are two kinds of e-bikes, I’d perhaps recommend the type that doesn’t automatically go electric when you pedal, as it can be a little tricky going slowly down some of the narrow uneven pathways around Ninh binh (I still managed fine though). Very fun riding these bikes!

  We hired an electric scooter (under 50cc) for 24hr. We didn’t have anywhere to charge it at our hostel, so they offered to pick it up and drop it off for us. We wanted to start again early the next day and we were able to pick up a fully charged bike at 6am. Thank you so much! (They also have water for sale cheaper than the minimarts!)

  Very friendly lady, very good whatsapp communication, cheap price, good bikes. They droppes our bikes at 2 diferent locations in the morning. Easy to start the day.

  We rented mountain bikes (not e bikes) for 100k per day. So so much better than those female bikes everyone rides around the town, they are built for all terrains. We covered over 40km over the two days rental. The bikes were in great condition, well maintained and that good I'm looking at buying one of them when I get home. The guy who runs the business is very helpful, adjusting seats etc. to suit us and providing a lock for us to carry around.
