  It was a great experience renting these bikes. The bicycles are beautiful, the battery lasts a very long time, and the price for the quality is excellent. Thanh was very kind, helpful, and efficient throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend this place!

  I 100% recommend renting your bike here! Emmey was incredibly helpful in every way, so responsive and friendly. She even gave me recommendations for Ninh Binh and told me I could message her anytime if I had any questions about the bike or Ninh Binh itself. The bikes were also very good quality, and the battery lasted the whole day! Amazing service! Thanks again to Emmey for being soooo nice ❤️

  Last-minute booking for a wonderful day on e-bikes. The service was excellent, and the bikes were great too. We were able to have a fantastic family day out without getting too tired. Thank you!

  Lovely family, lovely bikes, thank you! The quality of the bikes is very high and they are very comfy. We would rent from them again. The e-bikes only have one mode (which is strong/powerful) however this is manageable once used to it.
