  Great experience! I picked the bike up late at night and had no issues. Very reasonably priced and communication was easy. 450k for 2 days and I wasn’t charged for the initial day that I picked it up, plus a full tank of petrol. So good! Thanks again

  We rented a motorbike here on Sunday and were happy that we did. The motorbike was reliable and we were shown how to use it before we took off since it was my first time. You can fill up with gas at the same place for a small price. Hannah and the man there were friendly and highly recommend if you’re looking to rent a bike and explore Ninh Binh.

  Easy way to rent a bike for a couple days no hassle and the bikes work perfectly! Hannah is friendly speaks great English and is easygoing. They also offer cheaper fuel here than other petrol stations.

  Hannah was wonderful and the entire experience from inquiring to drop off was flawless. Hannah dropped off our scooters to our hotel and picked them up on time with great communication. Would recommend anyone renting from here. Price was very fair, scooters worked great and renting scooters was our way to be able to see the area better than we would have otherwise. In fact it was the highlight of our trip to Ninh Bin!

  Having hired countless scooters throughout Asia and at least 5 in Vietnam, I found Hannah rental was perfect for me, ticking a lot of boxes For one Hannah is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and listens to what the customer wants, rather than just fob you off with any old bike, as many other companies tend to do! Also having a huge fleet of different bikes shows they specialise in this business, it’s not a hotel bike here! Each is checked fully before rental, mechanics on site to fix any issues and no problems returning to sort any problems before you’re on your way again, should that be the case Hannah cares about her customers and it was a total pleasure to rent from her for a week or so. Please don’t expect gleaming new bikes, this is a rental company not a showroom, but rest assured the engine, brakes, lights, tyres etc will all be of roadworthy condition, and safe for all to enjoy the local area Very highly recommended

  Hannah provided such a great motor bike rental service. Her English communication and service were top notch. She delivered the bikes to our hotel and was very prompt in communication. We had an issue with our bike and immediately swapped it out with no time wasted. Highly recommend!

  We had a very good experience renting a scooter here. The motorbike was in great condition and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We rented it for one and a half days, and since we arrived later on the first day, they kindly gave us a discount, which we really appreciated. The price was fair, the service was friendly, and communication was easy. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable scooter rental in Tam Coc.

  Very nice woman who rents the bikes. The bikes however look very bad and dirty. This air blade was more or less the best looking but had almost 70k km. The inside is very dirty so we didn't want to store our bags or jackets inside. However it worked fine for our stay in Ninh Binh. Helmets are many available but mostly small sizes and similar problems: very old and dirty. 150k per day is not so cheap, we had a quite new electric bike in Da Nang for the same price.
