  The lady the helped me was very nice! The e-bike was fantastic she recommend a bigger size that will go a longer distance which I’m glad I chose that one. Overall I had a great experience! If you need a ebike which I rented or any sort of bike make sure you come here!

  We used there electric bikes for 3 days of our trip in tam coc and they were amazing, bikes were good quality with good speed and they went for miles. When the charge was low you were welcome to swap the bikes as needed. We got a puncture on our last day and they were out to replace the bike and help us asap. Amazing service!!!

  Messaging with them was great from start to finish.They are incredibly welcoming and kind they even gave me a bottle of water when I returned my bike. They reply very quickly and are very flexible, which made the whole experience so pleasant. If you need to rent a bike and want to have an amazing experience in Ninh Binh, I highly recommend them. Trust me, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere! For 24h, 200k Foy my E-bike ( almost 30km/h) and 150k per day !

  Super straightforward process—just paid and hit the road! I rented the Phoenix e-bike and can’t recommend it enough. It’s powerful, sturdy, has gears, and feels way higher quality than those Harley-style bikes you see around Tam Coc. The battery life is unbelievable; it still showed full after an few hours of heavy riding, which let me use the throttle to explore hard-to-reach spots. The owners are lovely, kind, and very understanding people. 10/10 would rent here again!

  If you come to Nihn Bihn and need a bike you need to go with Ivy, trust me. Genuinely nicest owner I’ve met, very accommodating to any issues and put the customer first. 5 stars without a doubt, she went above and beyond with her help.

  Rentals right in front of the bus in the middle of town. Rented two e-bikes for a day and biked to Van Long! Had a great experience and came back the next day to rent a motorbike. Had another great experience and rented again the day after. Def come here, super nice and the bikes are good quality! Mega cost effective!
