  Perfect if you arrive to Ninh Binh by train. The rental is right opposite the train station. Lovely people, they can also organise tours and other transport for you. We missed our train and they helped us to book a van back to Hanoi. Highly recommended

  Took the train up from Hanoi early on a Thursday. Saw the reviews for this rental shop, and thought it would be a good choice. Owner is friendly and really reasonable. Just needed a rental for about 8 hours to roll around and hit the tourist spots. Quick and easy process, photo of passport, communication via WhatsApp, and away I went. Rode the scooter all over for the whole day with no issues. May be back next week for another day. Great little day trip outside of Hanoi.

  Amazing service and super easy rental process. In and out in just 5 minutes! Owners are incredibly friendly and speaks almost perfect English. Great value and easy access from train station. Absolutely would rent again! I am a YouTuber and made many great videos because of this scooter! My YouTube name is same as my user name NIOLIFER.

  We rented a scooter for 2 days. The scooter was in great condition and at 150k per day, very affordable. We managed to see lots of sights around the area with it. The owner is also very nice and helpful. She even dropped me off back in Tam Coc after my rental was finished, which was very helpful. I’d highly recommend 👌🏽

  The owners are so kind and friendly. We rent a Vision bike for 4 days in a great condition (which is 10/10 compare to another place we rent before with a shitty bike at the same price) Plus their kittens are so adorable omggg we've been playing with them the whole time while waiting for our bus 😍😍 highly recommend!!

  I liked this scooter rental! The price is affordable, and the owner is very nice and helpful. The scooter was good—when we tried it, the brakes were a bit light, but she fixed them in just a few minutes. Her little girl is really cute and fun! The place is cozy, and the coffee is tasty. Thank you!

  Dropped in here for a bike while on day trip in the surrounding area. Close to the train station. Got a bike and was out cruising on the road after 5 minutes. Great prices and the bike was functional (considering the price).

  We contacted in advance about renting two electric scooters. He was there for us at 5am when we arrived, which was great, but one of them was only at 70%. He said they could go 40km each and that we'd have to charge them at our homestay, 12km away. They were 150k/day, same price we paid for new Vinfasts in Hué, but these were basically school bikes. They were helpful and let us change to the 110cc they had for 120k/day. Unfortunately, we ran over a screw, sent them a photo and our location just outside of town. What would have been helpful is if he could have told us of a mechanic nearby. Mechanics, or real open ones, don't always come up on Google maps, but as a local I am sure he could have helped us find the closest one. It would have also be appreciated if he told us an estimate of what it should cost to repair so we're not scammed.
