  Our family rented three motorbikes for two days here. It's a small family business. They work very professionally. We contacted them quickly via WhatsApp. When we arrived, they had three good motorbikes ready. The owner told us that each motorbike already had one liter of gas, and we needed to refuel for a long day. He said we could refuel there or at another gas station. When he asked for our opinion, we were very pleased with his respect for customers and, of course, happily agreed immediately. He chatted with us and asked about our travel schedule so he could refuel. He filled the tank and charged 100,000 VND per car. I thought that price was reasonable. Beforehand, I had checked some reviews saying that he was dishonest about selling gas, but I still chose to come here, and my family and I chose to experience it ourselves. And as expected, everything was perfect. The car wasn't brand new, but the engine worked very well. We traveled for two days and everything was great. I think tourists like us should go to businesses like this for a really good experience.

  Rented multiple bikes over our stay in Ninh Binh and they all worked very well. It’s a very fair price and the family is very helpful and kind. Plus they have a wonderful dog, No! We will definitely be renting here again when we return.

  Very friendly family. Easy to communicate with and responded very fast through WhatsApp. Prices were very fair and we were able to extend our rentals while already having them. Would 100% recommend renting through this shop! 10/10 experience!

  Good rental for motorbikes/scooters, we rented two for 1 day for a good price. Take a look at others aswell to get a good deal/price indication. No difficulty with bringing back the bikes and easy to drive, they have automatic scooters so give gas and you can go.

  Just Hired Two bikes from here recently. This is by far the easiest and best motorbike hire I have ever come across. Owner is super lovely and easy to get in touch with over WhatsApp. Great prices and great service if you are near by it is the only place you should go to. Could not recommend highly enough.

  Rented electric bikes for 1 day. Good quality, well maintained bikes 16 miles and still held over half charge. Friendly people and reasonable price. Would certainly use them again

  Hired a scooter from here yesterday having been recommended by our hotel. Hassle free, no admin and only 250k for the day including fuel. Lovely owner, great value and great way of seeing the local sites 5*

  Good Bikes , Good service , he delivered and collected bikes from our homestay. We got two electric bikes which were fantastic to explore with . I think they could do with slightly better tyres as a lot of the stuff is off road and i got a puncture , and they could do with a bit more grip . but the bike shop owner came in a taxi and replaced the bicycle with the flat tyre , and charged the price of the taxi (100k)
