  The owner is such a lovely woman. She is very kind and flexible with the rent. As I was walking back after returning the bike, she even followed me to ask if she could drop me off somewhere. So lovely!

  The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating! We arrived in Ninh Bình at 11 PM, yet she still waited for us, prepared the motorbikes, and even filled up the gas in advance. We rented four bikes for two days, but due to the freezing weather and rain, we couldn't ride them as planned. Despite this, she was very understanding and even refunded our money. Overall, compared to many other rental places, her customer service is definitely a 10/10

  Fantastic motorbike rental !!! If you are in Ninh binh do yourself a favour and rent a bike here. The lady is lovely and the bike is great.

  bikes need fixes: the phone holder on the bike I got was not working and my phone was falling off of it in the middle of the road. also the front bamper is making sounds like it is ready to fall off. the prices here are also not the best you can find: we got a bike for 350k for 40 hours, but similar bike in Trang An village would cost only 240k
