  I rented a motorbike here as part of a group of 3 motorbikes, and unfortunately my experience was also disappointing. From the beginning, we had mechanical issues with one of the bikes, which caused stress, delays, and meant we had to adjust our plans. What should have been an easy and enjoyable trip became unnecessarily complicated. We also added fuel ourselves because the bikes had very little gasoline when we received them. By the end of the rental, there was still a large amount of fuel left in the bikes. significantly more than when we started… and we tried to discuss a fair solution regarding that unused fuel value, but it was handled poorly. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of fairness and customer service. Spend your money in better places with more honest ppl

  I would not recommend renting here. We rented three motorbikes, and our experience was disappointing. One of the bikes had problems from the beginning, and we struggled significantly before having to change it, which cost us time and forced us to shorten part of our trip. When we received the bikes, there was very little fuel in them, so we filled them up ourselves. In total, we spent 720,000 VND on gasoline. In the end, we used only a small portion of that fuel and returned the bikes with a significant amount of gasoline left much more than what was in them when we received them. We simply asked for a fair arrangement regarding the unused fuel value we were leaving behind, but this was not resolved fairly. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and we left feeling disappointed by the lack of fairness and customer care.

  Wish I had read the reviews before! Same happen to me, motorbike bad, no lights, very dangerous. Had to swap multiple times. Eventually one stopped on me in the middle of the night on the highway no lights. VERY DANGEROUS situation! They didn’t care, left me stranded, hang up the phone on me. Didn’t return my money.

  Had a really bad excperience over here. They forced us to pay for the fuel before leaving, and 10 minutes later the bike stopped working. We went back and we wanted to skip the rental, but unfortunatly they didn't gave our money back. Very dangerous and very selfish People. Would not recommend.

  They gave us broken motorbikes. The motorbike stopped giving gass on the middle of the road, just after several minutes. This is very very dangerous! After a long discussion they gave us half our money back.. wouldn’t recommend this place!

  horrible service! they gave us two broken motorbikes which stopped working while using them. incredibly dangerous. they did not offer any compensation and we had to discuss forever to get half our money back. DO NOT RENT A BIKE HERE!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented 2 motorbikes, both had an engine problem and just stopped working in the middle of the ride. We were stuck for an hour in nowhere far from the town until someone from the company came to replace the part.   there are plenty of places in this town, you shouldn’t rent from this one. they gave me bikes with a broken paddle but it was just enough to hold for like 10 minutes and at this point i was already very far away, had to go back by foot. they refunded me partially
