  Amazing homestay, away from the crowd, but still close ehough to all interesting attractions. House is great, spacious and well equiped. Surroundings are amazing. You'll need scooter or bicycle. Totally recommend. Much better than Tam Coc accomodations

  An unforgettable stay with genuine Vietnamese hospitality!!! Our stay at Ngoc’s homestead was truly one of a kind. The property itself is a beautiful working homestead where Ngoc grows fish, ducks, chickens, rice, and many kinds of fruit, all available for guests to enjoy. You have full access to the property, and the house is very comfortable. There are also two extra bathrooms, two showers, and two sinks with mirrors outside that aren’t listed in the description, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more convenient. Ngoc, the owner and host, is incredibly hospitable and provides breakfast for everyone at no extra cost, a thoughtful touch that made our mornings special. Helping him care for the homestead is Huyen, who lives on-site and is always available to assist with anything you need. As full-time travelers and Airbnb hosts ourselves, we’ve experienced all types of stays around the world — and Ngoc and Huyen truly deliver a level of hospitality you’ll never forget. They didn’t just host our family (husband, wife, and two children) — they shared a human experience. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, they showed us the beauty of Vietnamese culture through their kindness, generosity, and the simple joy of sharing their way of life. We left feeling inspired, grateful, and connected. This isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to experience real warmth and humanity. We can’t recommend it enough!

  We had a wonderful time here at Ninh Binh Green Farmstay. The house is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. The beds were comfortable. The house is surrounded by a big garden with hens walking around, two fish ponds and grapefruit trees. Mr. Huyen, who lives next to the property, is the housekeeper at the farmstay. He is a very warm-hearted amd cheerful guy who was always there when we needed anything. He brought us grapefruits, pumped up the bycicle tires and helped us with the washing machine. We were able to order breakfast via whatsapp from the owner of the house which worked perfectly fine. The place is also well located to do some sightseeing. Either by motorbike or bycicle you can reach amongst others the Ancient Capital of Hoa Lu, do the famous Trang An boattours or climb the Dragon Hill. This beautiful place really is a gem in this area!

  I don’t even know where to begin, my heart is so full. This place is truly special. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Huyen, who is one of the kindest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met. He gave us snacks, toured us around their backyard to pick fresh fruits, and introduced us to all their adorable dogs. On our last day, we also met his lovely wife, which made the goodbye even harder. Every morning, we were treated to a free breakfast with delicious local cuisine. The property is peaceful and beautiful, but what truly made this experience unforgettable was Mr. Huyen’s warmth and generosity. I literally cried when we left and I’m still emotional just thinking about it. If you're visiting Ninh Binh, don’t miss this place. It’s more than a stay it’s a memory that stays with you.

  Loved our time stay at this place, in Jan 2025. So peaceful, lots of organic fruits from the garden. The ground's men (living next door) is very helpful. Use the Grab app to get out and about, its very cheap too

  If you are looking for an authentic place and a warm family home, this is the place! We felt like home here and we have been traveling for 5 months and it was fun to feel at home! The house is a little far from the center of Tam Kok but it is so beautiful around here and there is a lot to do on the farm (cats, chickens and dogs, a rice field and a fish pond, our daughters fed the fish and the dogs and cats and enjoyed so much all the nature and silence around) Mr. Huyen took care of everything for us and took care of our daughters We really felt like family! It was very hard for us to leave and we hope to return one day again ❤️
