  Very good transfer to Sapa We use Ninh Binh Reliable Car on 11 Feb 2026 for transfer from Hanoi Airport to Sapa. Everything is perfect. Driver wait for us 1 hour, very patient. Car is clean, air-con works very good, also they give water in the car, very nice for long trip. We are 2 people with luggage, all fit very easy. I even book the way back, also very smooth. Owner of company is very helpful and respond very quick, answer all my questions. I very recommend this service for anyone going to Sapa.

  Used this company for my airport pick-up in hanoi to halong bay and then again for transfers to ninh binh and back to hanoi.... great service and i will definitely use then again on my next trip... car was spotless and the driver was great, easy communication through WhatsApp and were always on time... Thank you.

  Very happy with the service they have provided. Christine was very prompt at replying for any queries and requests. Their drivers, particularly Nam (Christine's brother), was very kind and shared to us a lot of info about Ninh Binh. Will definitely book with them when we come back!

  Easy and fast! Booked a private driver, Nam, for Ninh Binh the evening before we needed. He was so nice, had a clean car, and kept us hydrated with cold waters. Also got a great rate for Ninh Binh to Hanoi through the same company.
