  We had breakfast there early in the morning before we kicked our trip to visit Ninh Binh and the food was excellent. They let us keep our luggage in there also which we really appreciate it as we had to rent a motorbike for the day, making mobility way easier for us as it was something that worried us too. We finish our day there too and they were very kind to us. Thank you for everything, you made our stay in Vietnam much better. We’ll remember this place for a long time!

  Really friendly team here. It seems you can leave your luggage while away for the day. Food's fine. They even have a shower in the toilet which you may use (I suggest you politely ask before). Top place for us which were visiting for one afternoon only, and had a night train to catch right before midnight. The shower was highly welcome and we felt like at home with ordering at will 🤗

  Amazing Vietnamese food! The fried spring rolls were perfectly crispy and flavorful, but the banana flower salad was the absolute star. Everything was delicious and the service was top-notch. If you’re looking for real Vietnamese flavors, this is the place!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever eaten in my life. Ann’s Restaurant-Coffee is an absolute hidden gem. The moment you walk in, the vibe hits you — cozy, calm, and somehow full of life at the same time. The smell of fresh coffee and good energy instantly makes you feel like you’re home. The coffee? Unreal. It’s so smooth it feels like it was brewed by angels. The food? Every single bite tastes like it was made with pure love. You can literally taste how fresh everything is — it’s like comfort food and fine dining had a baby. Ann herself is a legend. She makes you feel like family the second she greets you, and the staff are genuinely some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. You don’t just get a meal here — you get an experience. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Whether you’re craving a perfect coffee, a proper meal, or just a peaceful spot to reset your soul, Ann’s Restaurant-Coffee is the place.

  This lovely place is perfect if you are waiting for your train to depart or after you have arrived. The seating is comfy, the drinks are very good (try the smoothies!) and wifi is stable.

  Review for restaurant/cafe only. What a great little area. Great vibe in the evening and bustling with people and energy. It was quite busy on my arrival which was fine and l could see the staff were extremely busy though may at all flustered and wearing a smile. I sat down and was handed a menu very quickly. The amazing lady which was the only waitress serving everyone done such a great job making drinks for tables of 4 & 6 people at a time plus all the other tables and serving food. Amazing worker. I sat patiently as one should have they can be observant to their surroundings. I ordered a G&T and the chicken stir fry w/tofu. There’s seating inside and outside. Nicely decorated with a one card type menu which was ample. My G&T arrived and l was quite surprised as to the generous size, presentation and glass choice. It was better than a lot of fancy high end bars around the world that I’ve been to and @60k was outstanding. That same drink in other bars = 4-500k not even kidding. The main event turned up and wow. It was such a generous serving, fresh, hot, crispy and packed full of flavour. Extremely impressed and at a total of 135k this was outstanding value & service. Highly recommended

  ***Important - food not safe for those with peanut allergies*** We stopped for dinner here before our train, and ordered food - I had an allergy card clearly explaining what a peanut allergy is which the waiter read and said she understood. She reassured me all dishes were peanut free. When our main courses came a peanut sauce was served with mine, so I asked the chef and he confirmed not only my main (spring rolls) have peanuts, so did my friend’s starter!! Thankfully I didn’t try any of her food…. Service was also very slow and understaffed - our drinks never arrived. The food we ate was good and I know there is always a level of risk with a peanut allergy in Vietnam, but this was still disappointing.

  We came here with a long wait for the train journey for some food and drinks, they were so welcoming whilst we were waiting, and the food was delicious!! ||The best spring rolls I have had whilst here in Vietnam ||Really relaxed vibe, would recommend!!
