  I ended up coming here twice in one day 😆. It’s just a short walk from my hostel, and I really loved the chill vibe. The place is clean, peaceful, and a great spot to relax. I stopped by in the morning for pho and spring rolls, then came back later for stir-fried vegetables and rice. Everything was fresh and tasty. The owner is super friendly and generous. You get a welcome drink and some snacks when you arrive, and they even serve fresh fruit after your meal. Those little touches made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d happily return to if I’m back in Ninh Binh!

  We stumbled upon Mami's Restaurant by chance 🍽️ and ate there three times within a few days 😋✨ Each time was a fantastic experience 💯 ! We were greeted with Vietnamese tea 🍵 and a sesame cracker as an appetizer 😊. I then had the chicken curry 🍛🔥, which arrived piping hot and tasted absolutely amazing 👌😍. For dessert, we were served fresh, ripe bananas 🍌🍌. We highly recommend Mami's Restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic, fresh, and lovingly prepared dishes ❤️👍

  The food was delicious. I had beef with pineapple and spring rolls. It was one of the best meals I've had in Vietnam. You could even watch the chef cooking. Everything was very clean and the service was excellent. At the end, I wanted a shake, but the fruits were out. So one of the staff members went out of her way to get some.

  I had an incredible dining experience at Mami Restaurant 🤩🤩 I ordered the shaking beef, and it was truly unforgettable. The flavors unfolded in my mouth like a blooming flower — rich, balanced, and absolutely delicious 🍱🍟 What really surprised me was the combination of the crispy fries with the sauce — it was so flavorful and aromatic, far beyond what I expected. I even asked about the ingredients in advance due to my allergies, and while the staff was helpful, it honestly felt like Mami adds a bit of magic 🪄 to their cooking because it tasted that amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and delicious food experience!

  Off the main road of Tam Coc you can find this quite clean and very enjoyable restaurant! The tables are equipped with all the necessary cutlery and toothpicks, the bathrooms and sink are easy to access. They left us there and trust us that we were going to pay! Few small puppies came to visit but they were sweet more than annoying! The menu was well structured and the food was actually delicious. Yes it was empty when we got there but it was one of the best meal we have in one week in Vietnam!! Thanks Mami’

  So many dishes I wanna try but I’m traveling solo so I picked stir fried goat . They are kind enough to make a smaller portion🥹it is so delicious and also the generous servings of green tea, sesame snack before the meal and 🍉for dessert. Amazing vibe, service and ambience . Highly recommended 🙌🏻

  We enjoyed a lovely meal at Mami tonight! Food was great, portions were generous, and the complimentary tea and rice cracker were appreciated. Service was polite and prompt. There are some (domestic) dogs around on the patio, which I enjoyed for the most part, but worth flagging in case someone isn’t a fan. We would eat here again!

  I'm editing after a second visit. It's still super delicious. We ordered 8 dishes, and they were all very tasty. The price is very good, the quality of the food is great. Everything is being prepared freshly. The hotpot for 1-2 persons is diverse and huge, and of course tastes great. The bun cha is excellent. The restaurant is in a quiet corner of Tam Coc, far from the noise, so one can truly relax here. Very tasty food, and you can find some different dishes than everywhere else. I had braised catfish and it was delicious. We also got some complimentary Vietnamese tea and rice crackers while waiting for our food, and pieces of watermelon for dessert. I highly recommend this place.
