  I have decided this was my favorite hotel during my Vietnam trip. Location was wonderful, far enough away from busy Tam Coc, but close enough to offer all the best attractions of the Ninh Binh area in a limited radius. Staff was overly sweet, very attentive. Wonderful massage at a reasonable price. And this room overlooking the estate and the rice paddies... Beautiful :) Plenty of bikes to choose from to go around, you'll be at Hang Mua in just a few minutes to catch sunrise! (BUT my clothes shrank like crazy during the laundry, I'm not mad because you were so nice but pleeease be careful (smelled good though...))

  What a fantastic place it was. Beautiful surroundings of rice fields, peace and quiet. The main attractions are just a short bike or scooter ride away. Bikes are available on site. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and overlooked nature and everyday life. We truly relaxed here. Thank you.

  This hotel was a quiet, beautiful respite in the rice fields. The rooms were large, clean, and beautifully designed. The hotel grounds and pool were stunning. The restaurant was fantastic, as was the free breakfast (the best I had in Vietnam!) The location was great, it was easy to walk or bike to most points of interest. The staff were so kind and friendly as well. Couldn’t recommend it more!

  The location is paradise. Beside rice fields with spectacular views, and within 2km of Trang An boat tour (which goes through 1km water caves), Hang Mua (Mua Caves) viewpoint with 500 steps to the top, and also a beautiful local village with narrow streets and Vietnamese restaurants. You can get to all these places on push bikes which are available for free. Thanks to Sam and Alita for their 5 star hospitality.

  Incredible stay, down to every single detail. This was the best way to start our two week trip in Vietnam! ChezCao has an incredible ability to make you feel pampered and taken care of. They are so friendly and attentive, I could not believe the outstanding and personalized service.||The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms include a bathtub (rare!) and the beds were extremely comfortable. I never wanted to leave!||The breakfast in the morning was really special. The pho was outstanding and fresh, the fruits were perfect, and they cooked us eggs to our preference. They provide coffee and it was very comforting but they were also happy to make me a specialty coffee that I was excited to try in Vietnam.||The pool was not cold and very refreshing. There were tons of loungers at the pool and at the outskirts of the hotel so you could lay by the pool or look into the distance and stare at the beautiful karsts and rice fields. This hotel had no shortage of amazing spots to sit with a book!||There were bikes to take for free so we had to explore the rice fields and nearby town!! The bikes were great quality and had baskets, perfect for our shopping. There was wifi in our room, a spa where we got massages, bar service where they crafted delicious drinks at request, a scooter to rent, and tours to organize from the front desk.||The owner always greeted us from where he sat with his friends around tea. The staff happily made our dreams come true at every turn. And this entire stay was extremely beautiful and memorable. 10 out of 10 stars!!!!

  Wonderful resort, great views across the fields. Rooms were fantastic, very roomy. Lovely pool area. The reception is also the bar area. A small dining area which serves a well stocked breakfast. A small evening meal menu, but high quality. All staff speak very good English and are very helpful in guiding you around the local area. Highly recommended

  Firstly, ignore TripAdvisor stating this hotel is closed — it 100% is not!||This is a truly special place. The location is fantastic, set peacefully amongst beautiful padi fields, offering a real escape from the hustle and bustle. It’s around an hour’s relaxing walk into town, a 15-minute cycle (with free bikes provided by the hotel), or you can easily grab a taxi using the Grab app.||The setting overlooking the rice fields is simply stunning, and the entire hotel is spotless. We had two rooms, both of which were perfectly designed — stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. We slept incredibly well each night; honestly, the rooms are faultless.||The pool area is fantastic and very well maintained, making it a great place to relax. The spa was another highlight — we received a guest discount and it was genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had.||Food at the hotel was excellent, perfect for those evenings when you just want to stay in and unwind. There’s also a full-service bar, which adds to the overall experience.||But the real standout here is the staff. Their English is great so easy to communicate for any help, and they are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely service-focused. Nothing feels like too much trouble, and their attention to detail really makes the stay special.||I can’t wait to return in the future — and I’ll definitely be recommending it to my own clients as well.||Top Tip: Bring cash to avoid any extra charges!

  It was a nice relaxing break from noisy places. It was a comfortable, homy and welcoming place. Staff were great. Coffee and food can be a little better, but fruit and rice cakes made up for it. Bicycle access was great, and I was able to visit nearby places. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
