  My husband and I arrived to a very warm and friendly reception by Oahn. We felt like we were arriving to our family’s home, not just another hotel. Oahn and her husband, the owners of Della Luna are so sweet and very very helpful. We did not know we were about to experience the Tet, new year, when we arrived…. We had no plans for celebration until we were invited to the rooftop by the owners. We were excited to learn all about the Vietnamese customs and traditions that was so graciously provided along with the delicious food and drinks. Not to mention the incredible fireworks display as far as you could see. We we invited to a private breakfast the next morning. It was prepared just for us. We did not expect such another beautiful experience to be provided by Oahu. We have traveled all over the world and this, by far, was one of the best! We decided to make this a new tradition for our family and booked again for next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Oahn🥰

  I recommend this hotel! Fantastic owner, hospitable and always available to offer really cheap services (van limousine cheaper than 12Go and super cheap scooter rental!) She gave me a lot of advice on where to visit and where to go to eat, having been born and raised here he recommended me really excellent typical and non-tourist places Really clean and comfortable room. Delicious and abundant breakfast and lunch. Best hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam for quality/price.

  During our 3-month stay in Vietnam, this was without a doubt one of the best, if not the best, places we stayed. We initially planned to stay 3 days there but finally spend almost 2 weeks there. Everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The place was peaceful, comfortable, and offered incredible value for money. The location is perfect (2 min walk from city center). A huge thank you to Oanh and her family for making our stay so special. They welcomed us like family, took us to the local market in Ninh Binh, and even taught us how to cook delicious traditional Vietnamese dishes. It was such a unique and authentic experience that we'll never forget. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. If you're visiting Ninh Binh, don't hesitate to stay here. We can't wait to come back someday. Highly recommended! ❤️

  Oh dear Oahn! I don’t have words to express how grateful I am for your hospitality. From day 1 she was super attentive, helped giving advice and the room was absolutely sparkling clean! I was going to stay only one night but I felt so comfy that I decided to stay much longer! I can highly recommend this hotel as it does not feel you are just another guest but someone welcome in the family! I would not hesitate to stay here if I come back to Tam Coc. Location is perfect, quite street and Oahn will make anything she can to make your stay wonderful! She even let me use her kitchen.. how sweet! Also, super photographer! Thank you so much Oahn and hope to see you soon again!🌷💕 Take care my friend!

  I chose this homestay because of the great reviews and I’m glad I did! My stay was beyond my expectations. The breakfast is very good with several options and fresh fruit and the rooms are simple, clean, and for me on the 3rd floor quiet. But it is Hoan, the owner, who makes all the difference: first she speaks very good English which makes everything easy and then she is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. As a solo traveler, her warmth and genuine care meant a lot, I truly felt looked after and could trust her completely. I also really enjoyed talking with her and learning more about Vietnamese culture! She helped me book a night bus, took me to the stop, and I also rented a scooter there, when there was a small issue, she immediately replaced it with the same amount of fuel which I really appreciated. I 100% recommend this place because I know she will do everything to make you happy.

  I stayed at Homestay by Della Luna — originally planned for just one week, but I ended up extending for another because I felt so incredibly comfortable here. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cozy cafés, and lively bars. Still, it’s quiet enough to relax and unwind – the perfect balance. The breakfast was outstanding – fresh, varied, and clearly made with care and attention to detail. But what really makes this place special is the staff. The service is simply wonderful – genuinely friendly, warm, and attentive in a way that feels completely natural. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ comfort and happiness. It’s rare to experience such heartfelt hospitality. The entire house is lovingly designed, spotless, and full of charm. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming – you immediately feel at ease. The value for money is excellent; you get far more than you expect for the price. I can wholeheartedly recommend this homestay. It’s one of those rare places where you don’t just stay – you actually arrive. Absolutely five stars – and a huge thank-you to the amazing team at Della Luna!

  Pretty nice hotel in the centre of Tam Coc, everything is in the walkable distance. The host is very nice, helped with bags (there is no elevator in the building) and upgraded our room. Views from the room and the rooftop area on the 4 floor are amazing. Also the host provides breakfast (pancake or omelette with coffee/tea) what was really nice.

  We loved our stay at the Della Luna Hotel. The best part was our host, Oanh (Ann). She took us on a bicycle tour through rice fields to a remote temple. Later she took us to a farmer's market, where we bought ingredients for a cooking class. We made spring rolls, fried chicken, fresh tofu, and salad. Everything was delicious, and we had a lovely dinner with her and her daughter. The hotel was on a quiet side street, close to everything. Our room was clean, simple and spacious. Overall a wonderful stay!
