  I stayed here last April during a solo trip, and I was so well cared for here. I had an issue with the previous place I was staying, and the owner was so kind as to come and pick me up and ensure I arrived safely. Immediately I felt very at home and relaxed here. The accommodation was very comfortable, super clean, and in a quiet area with access to good cafes and restaurants. I am so grateful for the kindness and care I was offered here. If I ever return to Tam Coc, I will stay here again for sure!

  Hana and her family are a 10/10. We stayed here for 3 days and they were so kind and loving we were really sad to leave. Rooms are very good and they even offer scooter rental service. If you go to Tam Coc stay with hana 100%

  Cannot express how much I would recommend this homestay. The room was immaculate, a very generous size and modern. The hotel was peacefully tucked on the outskirts of Tam Coc - very accessible by walking, bike or Grab. The local area was lovely and the people were very friendly. A special mention to the lady working at reception there. She is the nicest and most welcoming person we have met so far in Vietnam. She went above and beyond to help us and to recommend areas for us to visit. She was very accommodating and was a big part of why we wanted to extend our stay in Ninh Binh

  I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet still close to main attractions. You can rent a scooter or enjoy a beautiful walk to get around. There are also some nice local places to eat nearby. The area is very calm, and the host is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. I felt very welcome here and would definitely stay at this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

  One of the best places I stayed at during my Vietnam trip. The staff was so so helpful and lovely. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was really nice (huge win). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  This is an absolutely amazing Homestay ! The host is incredibly kind gifting waters and snacks. The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. Overall 10/10 highly recommended.

  I chose this place because of the many good reviews, but my experience was quite different. Most of the time, there was no staff at the front desk. We informed the hotel of our check-in time in advance and still arrived 3 hours later than planned due to a long journey from Halong Bay. However, when we reached around 1:20pm, we still had to wait about 10 minutes before someone attended to us. The staff then informed us that the room was not ready and asked us to go out for lunch first. There is no lift, which can be challenging for guests with heavy luggage. The next morning, we needed to catch a bus back to Hanoi and wanted to order breakfast, but again there was no staff available at the front desk. The room facilities also need improvement. There was no proper blanket, only a thin cloth. The air-conditioner remote had no battery, causing the hot air to turn on and off by itself. If we used the fan, it was too cold without a blanket; if we turned off the air-con, it was too warm. It was difficult to ask for help since staff were often not around and everything required texting the hotel directly. Overall, it felt more like a self-service stay than a hotel. We had high expectations as this hotel was rated as one of our best budget hotel under 300K for one night in this 9D8N honeymoon trip, but unfortunately the experience did not match the reviews.
