  Great Homestay located in the city center. The rooms were new, clean and spacious. Since it is located in a smaller street it was quiet at nights. The shower is hot and we got free water whenever needed. The host was really friendly and helped us a lot to suggest routes and secret but beautiful spots. Also we could rent a scooter for a good price. I would definetly recommend this place

  Loved this homestay! Two double beds in the room, so quiet as it's down a side street but literally a 1 minute walk to the main street. clean, comfy, loved it.

  Great location! Rooms are spacious, the owner is so kind and helpful despite having little to no English. He was even accommodating when I had an overnight bus. Really made my time special in Tam Coc. Great location just off the Main Street so not too loud. Easy bike ride away from most attractions.

  This is place is wonderful! We couldn’t have found a better place in the area in such pristine condition. Powerful AC and hot showers. You cannot go wrong with this place, it is brand new! The location is off a quiet alley way across from the Tam Coc boat rides. There were plenty of Minimarts, and restaurants nearby.||I normally don’t write good reviews, but|one of the host, Liem helped us with our 2-day stay. He booked us our travel to Phong Nha. As we waited for our night bus on our last day, he kept our luggage as we traveled the area.||I would recommend this place based on our experience.

  😊: A very affordable, comfortable hotel in the heart of Tam Coc. Near most attractions and activities and they offer electric bike hire as well. Room was spacious with the basic essentials.Always willing to help despite the language barrier. The manager loaded me with my carry-on and backpack on his motorcycle when the bus company changed the departure point and I had to rush to get there in time. Thank you so much for your kindness.. 😢: The hotel do not offer breakfast but there are loads of breakfast options nearby.This kept the price down!.

  Very nice hotel/homestay! Liem is super helpful with anything you need. The building is new, room was clean, bathroom was very nice, beds were comfortable. Got pancakes for breakfast and even taste some homemade rice wine and fresh, local fruit on our last night. Location is good with a lot of bars and restaurants close by. Highly recommended!

  Rooms are large and spacious. Bathroom was big and clean - nice that the shower doesn’t wet the toilet :) The location is down a small street off the main road - close to everything yet far enough from the bar buses in the boat tour carpatk. Liem is very helpful too at organising whatever you need for your stay or transport out of town. Would recommend to those who prefer somewhere quieter.

  😊: Nice place, huge room, friendly staff. Much more of a hotel than a hostel or home-stay.. 😢: Outside noise was bad but not their fault in any way (building work across the street)..
