  What an amazing place to stay, location is perfect, views amazing. The hosts are beautiful people who made us feel at home from the start. Lovely home cooked breakfast, in house laundry (no, they don't steal pants as I saw one reviewer suggest), well maintained motorcycles and bikes can be rented in house for a very affordable fee. I can't rate this place highly enough. When we visit again we'll be booking here. Thankyou for a memorable stay 😀.

  Very good guesthouse in a quiet street 2 minutes walk from the center. Nice, comfortable and clean room. Very delicious and abundant breakfast. The owner and her family are very nice and helpful. She helped me organize the trip from the airport to the hotel, book the HaLong Bay cruise including the bus there and back to Hanoi. She also gives good advice on local attractions to manage your time well. You can trust her experienced advice. I really felt at home here. I would love to come back here.

  We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The whole family who runs the hotel is so kind, warm, and genuinely caring. They create such a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel more like a guest in their home than in a hotel. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was truly fantastic — fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with a lot of care. Every morning we looked forward to it, and it was the perfect way to start the day.

  We had a really nice staying here. Location is very good, very centered from touristic activities in Tam Coc. Room and breakfast were good too. Also the owners are really warm and helpful, specially My who helped us with the bikes, touristic info and transportation back to Hanoi. She even helped us after we departed to Hanoi, in which the driver made some mistakes and wanted to drop us off the bus, but via phone My helped us solve the problem by talking to the driver.

  The family who runs the hotel is very nice and the free breakfast was delicious. My boyfriend got sick and they made it possible for us to extend our stay twice. The location is great and the rooms are very modern. We really recommend it.

  A home away from home Our experience at Tam Coc Elegance House was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome thanks to the lovely family who runs this accommodation. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The rooms are not only very clean, but also spacious, with a wonderful, large, and comfortable bed. The shower is excellent, providing the perfect refreshment after a day of exploring the area. The location is also beautiful, ideal for a peaceful and quiet stay. The support we received was absolutely amazing. When we had to make a last-minute change to our travel plans, they helped us until everything was sorted out. Nothing was too much trouble, and they did everything they could to assist us. Furthermore, the breakfast was a true delight. Every morning, we enjoyed fresh fruit, juice, and coffee, with a wide choice of egg dishes, pancakes, and more. For anyone looking for a stay where you feel completely at home, Tam Coc Elegance House is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it!

  Everything about this stay was wonderful! The place is well maintained, spotless, and very well located. We arrived around 7am and although it was early, we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby without any issues. Breakfast is included with several options to choose from and everything was delicious. It feels like a family-run place cause you can see people of all ages, from older adults to children and everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it. We were able to rest comfortably and everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Highly recommended ❤️

  We booked a bus here to Phong Nha. They told us the bus would have a toilet. We specifically asked if they were lying to us because we know they usually don't. They showed is AI images and ofcourse the bus didn't have a toilet in the end. Know they will lie to get a booking out of you, but prices were fine.
