  Super place still feels very new and teriffic value. Staff are welcoming. However the young fellow handing breakfast seemed unhappy and was a bit abrupt perhaps it wasn't his best day. Everyone else enjoyed serving guests. Our corner room was modern with glass on 70% of both external walls. No TV and phone and console table under one window would be useful but those are minor quibbles. The place is new so those kinks may get ironed out. Bikes are free and good pickleball facilities are a 4 min ride 2 quiet streets away.

  Hieu, Ken, Huong and An went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay! The friendliest of hosts. Ken gave us a detailed explanation of everything to do in the area when we arrived, and even suggested routes for us to do / what times are best to visit the attractions. There are free bicycles available, and plenty of them! The motorbikes are a little old but worked well. It’s a short walk into the town along the main road, and also really easy to get to local attractions such as the Mua caves. The view from the rooms and balcony were amazing, the floor to ceiling windows bring in so much light. The breakfast is limited in options but delicious every time! The dogs Banh My, and little Bear were the perfect greeting every time we arrived.

  We had a very nice stay at this place. The lady and her family work magic there😊such lovely people! You can borrow a bicycle, rent a motorbike, and pay to have your clothes washed. Everything you need is there. The breakfast is a lovely addition, and they are a very accommodating and hardworking family. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

  6 Night stay in March 2026. Beautiful hotel. This place is situated about a block off the main highway just as you’re coming into Tamcoc. At the end of March, 2026, the rooftop pool was not operational. The grounds include a lovely Koi pond, ducks and Gardens - decent enough bikes are provided for free. Surrounding the Guesthouse are other cute little hotels and rice fields. The rooms are exactly as pictured on the website and perfectly clean with Comfy Beds. To keep costs low- toiletries are small sachets and towels are not changed daily. The breakfast is limited as is usual for a Guesthouse but filling enough. Delicious Pho was available 2 mornings out of 5. The friendly smiling English speaking Hostess is the Star of the show and excels in Customer Service. She clearly try’s extremely hard to ensure you have the best stay. Alternatively- The young Man with long fingernails responded negatively to almost every inquiry I made - leaving me feel a bit unwelcome. The same goes for the bossy little Corgi Dog who nipped at my ankles. Nevertheless- this Place gets a 10/10 from me.

  10 “Best Hotel Experience in Vietnam ” I absolutely agree to give the highest review for this hotel. I have been to many hotels in Vietnam—Danang, HCMC, Hanoi, Sapa, Vung Tau, and Lagi—and this is the best one in my experience. They can communicate in English. The room is wide. The manager and everyone there are helpful. They clean the rooms every day. Free bicycle is provided. Breakfast is just simple. Room, location, price, and service are more than the price. I would love to give a review on every social media and recommend it to my friends who will visit Ninh Binh.

  The hotel was great! I stayed two nights. Originally, I planned one night but had a travel logistics issue so I needed another night. The hotel was able to accommodate me. The staff is very helpful and do a great job. They have many tour packages and transportation options available if you need that service, they can help you arrange that. Breakfast is also enjoyable. They also offer bikes free of charge so you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Overall, a very pleasant experience and stay in Ninh Binh!

  This is the best place to stay in Tam Coc – and the best place we stayed in all of Vietnam! The value for money is incredible. The host was so kind, welcoming, and truly amazing. You can rent a bicycle for free or a motorbike for a very good price. Even after we checked out, they kindly allowed us to take a shower before our late sleeper bus, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is included, and there’s also a rooftop pool with a beautiful atmosphere. Highly, highly recommended! ❤️

  I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! Everything was simple and straightforward, which made it easy to feel comfortable. The location is also excellent, the hostel offers buses which connect you to almost any city, and even bicycles you can use for free or rent at a low price.||But what really made the difference was Justin. He was really helpful, always friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay as good as possible. No matter if we had a question, a problem, or just needed some advice, Justin was available every time, you can just send him a message. His support turned a good stay into a truly great one.||Thanks to Justin, we felt not only welcomed but really taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this place!
