The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need — all at a fraction of what you’d spend at a luxury hotel. But what truly makes this place special is Lily herself. She is a phenomenal host — warm, attentive, and incredibly proactive. Whether it’s planning your itinerary efficiently, arranging transfers, renting scooters, organizing laundry, or even setting up a relaxing in-room massage, Lily is always there, ready to help with a genuine smile. Her breakfasts are a highlight — wholesome, delicious, and reminiscent of a lovingly prepared home-cooked meal. And after a long day exploring the beauty of Ninh Binh, being welcomed back by her cheerful, energetic presence is something you’ll truly look forward to. The location is incredibly convenient — close to the local market, yet tucked away from the crowds, and within easy reach of all the major attractions in Ninh Binh. If you’re a pet lover, you’ll absolutely enjoy spending time with Lily’s adorable dog, Candy, who adds an extra touch of warmth to the stay.   This homestay was one of the most amazing places we stayed at during our trip to Vietnam. My fiancee and I stayed for 2 days with free breakfast included with the stay. The host was extremely sweet and attentive, allowing us to check in extremely early as well as helping us with our transportation leaving the city back to Ha Noi. She was also extrememly helpful with recommending local places to check out such as food and tourist attactions! The laundry service was also incredible! Our clothes came back clean, smelling very fresh, as well as extremely dry while being a good price of 40,000 VND/kg. Also, there’s an optional massage option while staying here where the masseuse will come to your room! 100% recommend this spot for other travelers and will be looking for a room here when we travel back to Ninh Binh! PS, they have a very friendly dog named Kenny!

  Lily is a fantastic host who really cares for her guests. We had to cut short our stay with her due to parental emergency. She was totally understanding and still helped us with limited sight seeing with one of her workers riding us on a bike to three caves ticket center to save time. She also helped to arrange an immediate return trip to Hanoi. I wish we had stayed the full 4 days in her nice place. Rooms are spacious. AC and hot water works great. Included breakfast was delicious and healthy. Highly recommend this place.

  First of all - we weren’t actually asked to leave a review, but we felt like we should leave a genuine review. We booked here for one night after having a terrible experience at another place in Ninh Binh. Lily was wonderful. She allowed us to check in early. Room was clean, spacious, comfy bed, tv, good shower…honestly, everything you could want, and at an excellent price. Just a short walk from the centre of Tam Coc. And you can always rent a bike or scooter from Lily too. Her dog is adorable! Super cute! Breakfast was great. An all round great stay with excellent service. Thanks so much Lily!

  This has been one of the best experiences ever. 😍😍😍 Rooms are fantastic and Lily has been extremely kind and gracious. She even invited all guests for their Lunar New Year celebration. This is the most authentic experience we have had. Every thing has been just perfect !💯 This place is highly recommended. Its very close to the city center which is an added bonus 🎇✨

  We would give this place more than 5 stars if we could. My fiancé and friends stayed here for 2 nights in late January and had an amazing time. We had 2 rooms, one with a balcony and one without one. My fiancé and I booked the one without the balcony and this review is for it. The room is spacious and clean. The shower was great. The AC works well. We love the hospitality of the homestay. The owner and the lady works for her are both friendly and nice. They gave us recommendations on where to visit and they were all good. We also used their laundry and massage service and were extremely satisfied. The clothes came back clean and smelled fresh. The massage was amazing and my body felt relaxed and energized for days. The breakfast was included. The food and drink were good and provided quickly when we came down from the room in the morning. The homestay is closed to multiple restaurants and shops. Overall, highly satisfied and recommend people to stay here when visiting Ninh Binh. When we were heading back to Ha Noi, our limousine was late and the owner helped us calling the driver to ask where they were. She didn’t have to do all of that, so we really appreciated that she did.

  Had a amazing stay. If you want to learn how to be a good host. You should learn it of Lilly. She is really nice and helpfull. There are free bikes, and you can rent a scooter at the spot for a few dollars a day. She also provides a map with all hotspots around the placeThe breakfast is really yummy and fresly cooked. The dog is really cute also and she also helps you ordering a bus or train. All busses and trains were full online and we even went to a agency and the also full. Be she fixed one for us a 22 VIP cabin really comfortable.

  We booked this place because of the modern room and it was indeed as clean and modern as we saw on the pictures. Lily is very sweet and accomadating. She assisted us with everything. The breakfast was amazing!! You could choose multiple items and it was delicious. You can also rent motorbikes and they provide free bicycles. Would recommend to stay here if you are in the Ninh Binh area. It is a very good and central location to see al the attractions.
