  Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! I stayed two nights in the dorm room which was spacious and clean. This was my favourite hostel in Vietnam. The showers worked well and I got fresh towels. The people there were so lovely and helped me organise transport to Hanoi airport. The breakfast included was also a bonus. Also bikes to hire for good value. It’s just under a 30 min walk into tam coc town or a quick bike ride! I hired a bike to go to lots of the nearby spots. I’d recommend to everyone - my favourite hostel of my Vietnam trip!

  Best hostel we stayed in during our trip in Vietnam. Private room for 3 was perfect and very clean. They even rushed to let us in earlier than the usual check-in time. The environment is peaceful and the swimming pool really enjoyable. The staff were helpful and very nice. We highly recommend !

  A phenomenal stay! I couldn't recommend highly enough. The owners were so friendly and constantly helped me plan trips, rent bicycles, know where to go, provide laundry cleaning, arrange travel for the next part of my trip. Really determined to help make sure I have an amazing stay and amazing at finding alternative travel when rain was impacting plans. They work hard here to make sure you have a great stay. Very clean and lovely rooms. Beautiful location under the mountains with delicious restaurants around. 8 minute walk to Bich Dong Pagoda and great location to town and everything you need.

  The best stay we had in our month in vietnam. Firstly, the accommodation itself is great ie beds, cleanliness and the building and pool are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The food was also the best, great choice and super tasty along with BRILLIANT coffee. The location is ideal, scenic mountain views and near to a beautiful heritage trail that can be done on foot or bicycle and a 10 minute cycle( v safe) to the village. The hostel provides every service imaginable- equipment rental, tours and taxi booking at a great price. The best part was how amazingly friendly, easygoing and caring the owners were. They really look after their customers and care about their wellbeing and are truly lovely and kind people. I have never stayed in a nicer place or experienced this kind of amazing hospitality in any other place.

  Best hostel/hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam, by far. The service is incredible. The staff respond to you immediately and are very helpful on WhatsApp. They go above and beyond to help you with everything (even things we didn’t ask for - they threw our wet swimsuits in the dryer before we got on the bus!). The pool is amazing and the views are wonderful. It’s a very peaceful place. Close to Tam Coc but far enough that it’s quiet and relaxing. You can get a massage in your room, rent bikes, organize tours with the hotel - all for very reasonable rates. If I ever come back to Ninh Binh/Tam Coc, I would only consider staying here. You will not regret it!!!

  Highlights of our trip! We arrived here feeling very welcomed by the family. The lady who owns it was very sweet and kind. She helped us with planning for our next trip and prepared freshly made breakfast every morning! The room is very clean, nicely air conditioned. We stayed in the dorm and the bed is quite big for our standard. The place itself is pretty with a cliff at the back. It’s also very quiet since it’s a bit outside of the town.

  I had a good time during my stay at Tam Coc Mountain Bungalow. The owners and workers were incredibly friendly, helping me with planning out my trips around Ninh Binh and the surrounding area. They also offered transport services, I did not avail of these as I had already booked my onward journeys, but I appreciated how helpful they were. The room itself was pleasant, the air conditioning was great; much needed during the June heat. The bathroom was also very nice, however the shower's hot water had some consistent issues throughout my stay. It can also get quite noisy even from the private rooms, unfortunately I could hear my neighbours quite clearly when trying to sleep on some occassions. The location was nice, a little outside of the main Tam Coc area but only a 20 minute walk or a short grab away. Considering the price, I still must recommend the hostel as overall it was an enjoyable stay.

  This is such a beautiful hotel/hostel, it’s in a relaxing and scenic location. It was about a 10 minute bicycle ride into town, but there are also other close by cafes within a few hundred metres.|I stayed here with my boyfriend, our room was huge and very clean. The communal outdoor area with the pool was so nice to sit and read/nap. There seemed to be people of all ages staying at the property, everyone was polite. |The breakfast was delicious and all of the staff are were so helpful and kind. They also have bikes to rent for $2 / day.
