  We had a wonderful stay at Tam Coc White Swan Homestay. Our host family couldn’t have been more gracious! They anticipated our every need, served great coffee and breakfasts, and even invited us to share in their family meal on Sunday, which was a feast! The location was perfect for getting to tourist attractions. We rode bikes provided by them to Mua Cave and Hoa Lu Ancient Town, and the scenery between those two sites is beautiful! Although we didn’t take the boats on Trang An, that was not far away either. Thank you to our host family for all of your kindness!

  The family that runs this homestay, are what makes it truly special. They're some of the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet. They always greet you with a smile, and will do there utmost to accommodate your every need. It's around a 20 minute stroll into the lively and beautiful town of Tam coc. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, bicycles and scooters available to use/rent, 100k vnd for scooter per day. The worst part about our stay, was saying goodbye! They saw us off with a friendly hug! It was quite emotional. 🥲 Ninh Binh is truly stunning, and Tamcoc white swan homestay does the town proud! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I highly recommend it.

  If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Had the most amazing and cozy stay with the cutest family, I arrived around 7-8 am when check in was around 12, and I felt pretty sick, without telling them anything they offered me a place to rest my head until my room was ready and also made me breakfast and a cup of coffee. Location is perfect very close to many attractions! And the rooms are also great! Would stay here again if I come back to ninh binh!

  What can I say for this place really… the family that owns it it’s just amazing and so kind I felt really like staying home ❤️they provide bicycles and scooters. I sagest you to rent from there. The rooms where very clean the beds very comfortable. They provided shampoo and nice towels. The breakfast was good and traditional. if we needed something they were super helpful , with bus transportation and everything.. they even sent us message when we left to assure that we went safe to our destination and if we needed help to contact them! Definitely recommend you to go.

  It was a wonderful stay for us and truly a worry free experience. Everything we needed was available: laundry service, bicycle and motorbike rental, breakfast, and always a friendly face to welcome us. We were often greeted with a cold drink or a piece of fresh mango. After a long day, those little gestures felt so refreshing and always put a smile on our faces.Thank you!

  Very good location not too far from city 4 min drive so easy to take a grab or cycle. We stayed for the night and it was clean and they had comfortable beds. Very nice people Who care 👍 gave us loads of bottles of water ❤️

  Stayed in Poolside Bungalow for 2 nights during our 4 days TamCoc holiday in Mar'26. Scores well on cleanliness, amenities, location and it's unique set up. All rooms are along the periphery of the central swimming pool. Dining along the street side facing the lake is very special. The host family managed the property very well, by caring and looking after every guest. Phuong in particular was our go to resource as she could communicate in English. ||Located about 250 meters from the TamCoc Pier for boating rides. Multiple dining & shopping options around. The lively lane with all homestays along the lake side is amazing. The unique set up is such that our poolside bungalow # 1 was just 5 steps away from the street. Each bungalow had common veranda with coffee table and chairs for dining. ||Few areas need improvement eg. we felt their breakfast inadequate. The portion of cut fresh fruits needs to be increased. Along with the 1 choice of food item and 1 choice of drinks from the menu card, atleast some extra common items like slice cakes, biscuits and bread butter toast can be added with each B'fast. This is based on our experience with other nearby property at half the room tariff where we stayed for another 2 days in TamCoc. ||Avoid bike renting out from here as better newer bikes are available all around for just 100000 IDR per day. Also bus tickets or cabs for sightseeing or hanoi city or airport transfers are overpriced here. ||But overall, the stay was comfortable and memorable too for the lovely vibes of TamCoc Westlake homestay.

  This was a lovely stay, the delightful family couldn’t have been more friendly and hospitable. Location is a bit of a walk from the centre of Tam Cốc which is what we wanted. Comfortable and more than worth the money. We loved it! Recommended.
