  Really liked this homestay. Very tranquil area with views. Good breakfast and hospitable and friendly people We rented bikes from here too and cycled to both Trang An and Hang Mua which were both easy to get to from here The garden is beautiful and well maintained with bonsaid and pomelo. The family shared Vietnamese green tea and some of the pomelo with us too. We felt welcomed and their kindness and warmth will be remembered We highly recommend this homestay!

  Great location outside the busy touristic places, nonetheless easy accessible. Large room, option to sit outside by our room as well as on the nice terrace some stairs up the mountain. Helpful host who guided us with some touristic information. Local food offered in the restaurant.

  We stayed here for three nights in October. Such a good place! The room was huge for two people, the bathroom as well. There was a pool, chairs outside for chilling, we could go up and see the view from there. The breakfast options were OK, we could rent a bicycle. I recommend them!

  As mentioned by others the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, bikes can be rented for 50000d and the location is impeccable. Especially the view is wonderful, restaurants by a river are in walking distance! Stayed here with friends and would do so again. Price is also very adequate!

  Fantastic place and family run staff, all very friendly and polite. They were always available from the start to assist me in changing the dates of my stay, we used the laundry service and within a few hours our clothes were ready and smelling great.

  Our holiday at this place was a bliss. The family owns the home stay is so nice and kind. My favorite part of the stay was pancakes with chocolate and to watch how every morning they take care of the territory by watering the plants and picking up pomelos. I have only good impression of this place and would stay here again if I come back to Ninh Binh. Many thanks to these great people for making our stay so good. 😊

  I can highly recommend this place. The staff is very very friendly and helpful with just everything. The owner saw at my friend's passport that it was his birthday and made a phantastic birthday cake for him with candles on it as a surprise. It was a most welcoming place in just every way possible. They helped with a tour and organized our trip to Dong Hoi
