  La Nha Spa feels like a sanctuary for the soul and body. The moment you step in, after a 30 min walk from the city center, you really feel held. The intentionality behind and the warmth, the music and the tea served, were from the beginning a big plus. I instantly relaxed. We chose a full body massage which was made in the same room for me and my partner. I loved the technique and all the elements implemented during the massage, I felt like flying. The hot stones at the end and the moxibustion were the cherry on top too. It is more pricey but you can feel that the owner really curated something that feels far from the hustle and bustle energy. After the sessions, we were served fresh dragon fruits and we were shown the garden and smelled all the medicinal herbs. That was delightful, a felt the enthusiasm and love for it. We even received a gift from the lovely owner, 2 massage oils for the body made by her sister. It was a really surprisingly nice place! We will come back when we will return to Vietnam!   A peaceful haven in the heart of the city. Stepping inside, I felt completely immersed in relaxation and the experience of fresh, natural herbs. The warm welcome from the people here was especially appreciated. The therapists not only massaged me but also listened to my body. I chose the mugwort treatment and loved it.   I had been looking for an authentic place for a massage in Vietnam for a long time, and I finally found it. Since we were in Ninh Binh on specific days, I contacted the owner in advance to ask about the possibility of booking a massage. I wanted it to be a birthday gift for my partner. We were recommended the full Vietnamese ritual, which we decided to choose. It included a bath in beautifully fragrant herbs, a massage, acupuncture, and moxibustion therapy. It was an incredible experience. I am very happy that we found such a wonderful place with such amazing specialists. At the end, a birthday cake was waiting for us, which we took back to our hotel. I feel immense gratitude for this day. Thank you 🩵

  An incredible massage experience. The Tension Relief massage surprised me in the best possible way — it felt like a deep physical release combined with a spiritual journey. Truly an amazing experience. Houng was excellent, very professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommended.

  My friend and I visited La Nha Spa on May 8, 2026, for full-body massages. Our Grab driver accidentally dropped us at the wrong location, but the spa owner kindly came to pick us up. The massage itself was incredible one of the best we’ve ever had. We both left feeling completely relaxed, like a huge weight had been lifted off our shoulders. She even took us to an ATM when we realized we were short on cash, which was incredibly thoughtful. To top it all off, we were served yummy tea and fresh fruit afterward. Also, Tom the cat was super cute!!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

  This spa is a true hidden gem in Ninh Binh. In a place full of tourist-oriented, low-quality massage offers, this was a genuinely authentic and refreshing experience. The therapists are deeply knowledgeable and clearly passionate about herbs and natural treatments. The massage itself was performed with great care, attention, and real engagement — you can feel that they truly care about what they are doing and about the well-being of their guests. Nothing felt rushed or generic. It was calm, personal, and very professional from start to finish. A rare place where traditional knowledge, skill, and sincerity come together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a real, high-quality experience rather than typical tourist spa services.

  A different massage from the others. My wife did a session with a therapist doctor and told her some very important things to be aware about her health. I did a normal massage and it was good. The whole experience was 9/10. P.S. the prices could be lower. In my opinion.
