  Very lovely experience here. The interiors are beautiful which adds to the serene feel. Dung was very good and made sure the pressure was right in all the right places. Will come back tomorrow for sure!

  Cleanest and most professional spa in Ninh Binh We were able to get amazing service even with my very limited language skills! Every staff member was super friendly and the space was very beautiful. Would highly recommend!

  I had a good experience at this spa. The massage was great and they focused on exactly what I asked for. Very clean and friendly staff. My one suggestion would be for the masseuse to not speak to eachother during the massage and to keep their phones on silent.

  I was very warmly welcomed when I arrived. The manager is very kind and they offer a small welcome tea. I chose a full body massage. However, I had specifically asked for the feet not to be included, which was not respected during the massage. The intensity of the massage was far too strong. I said “ouch” several times and moved in a way so the masseuse would understand that it was painful, but nothing changed. As of today, I have bruises on my legs, my trapezius muscles are extremely swollen, and my back is stiff and blocked. In addition, a facial cleansing was done without informing me beforehand. This surprised me, especially since some product got into my eyes. Moreover, no cream was applied afterward, so my skin felt very dry. Hot stones were also used even though they were not included in the treatment description. I thought the scalp washing/massage would be more pleasant, but it wasn’t. She was pulling on my hair because it was tangled instead of detangling it first, which was very uncomfortable. She also ran her nails over my scalp dozens of times, which started to burn after a while. During the massage, the masseuses were on their phones and talking to each other, which was a bit unpleasant. The thing that surprised me the most was when I was lying on my stomach and opened my eyes: I saw a tripod in front of my table, and the manager was taking photos/videos while I was half naked, without my consent and without warning… I paid 500,000 dong for this treatment, and I can honestly say that I regret it. I am in more pain now than before.
