  This spa was fantastic and I recommend it for anyone looking for some nice relaxation. We did a 2 hour head spa and full body massage. My hair felt very clean after spending the day touring Trang An in the summer heat. The service also included a facial cleaning and scrub which felt great after sweating all morning. The full body massage included a body scrub and oil massage. The masseuse did a wonderful job. My body felt very relaxed afterwards, and I slept like a baby that evening. They were very friendly, the price was very good, and we felt very relaxed after. We were given water before and after the massages. They have 4 massage tables and one head spa table to accommodate guests.

  WOW. Hands down the BEST massage experience of my life. If you are anywhere near Ninh Binh, you absolutely need to go to Wellness Spa & Massage (right next to Grandma’s Garden Cafe). From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, calm, and professional. The space is spotless, the staff is welcoming, and you can immediately tell they know what they’re doing. But the real magic starts when the massage begins. I booked the 1-hour leg and foot massage — and it completely exceeded my expectations. The pressure was PERFECT. Not too light, not painfully deep — just that sweet spot where you feel every knot being worked out but can still fully relax into it. They did serious, intentional hip work and focused on my IT band in a way I’ve honestly never experienced before. My IT band has never felt that tender, released, and relieved. I walked in tight and heavy… and walked out feeling lighter, aligned, and genuinely healed. This wasn’t just a “nice massage.” This was therapeutic, skilled bodywork. And the price? Incredibly affordable for the quality you receive. I’ve had massages in many places — this one stands out. If you’re in Ninh Binh, do yourself a favor and book here. Your body will thank you.

  They were VERY nice, we just arrived and they gave us a bottle of water for each. The place smells amazing and it’s really fresh. The massage was absolutely amazing!!! Would come here every day if i stayed longer!

  Hands down to one of the best massages in my life! Huge recommendation for shampoo and head - upper body massage treatment, my hair was never that silky 🥰❤️‍🔥 I will definitely book at least one more time when I’m in Tam Coc.

  I had a wonderful hot stone massage here! The place is very clean and peaceful, with relaxing music that sets the perfect mood. The massage therapist was incredibly attentive and professional, with a warm and calming energy. I can confidently say this was one of the best massages of my life. After the session, she offered me tea and we had a lovely chat. Highly recommended!

  Definitely a 5 star rating here for the wonderful staff at Wellness Spa. My partner and I both had exceptional massages and then I returned for a hair wash treatment and a foot massage . Both treatments fabulous but the hair wash treatment was incredible. We professional and skilled therapists and lovely clean facilities . Such a treat . Thank you to the staff.

  I had the 60-minute foot massage here, and I have to say it was the best massage I’ve ever received. My masseuse was incredibly attentive and delivered a comprehensive treatment with amazing technique—I felt completely renewed afterward. I will definitely be coming back and can only recommend this place to anyone looking for quality bodywork.
