I had a great experience with this tour agency in Ninh Binh. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help. I really enjoyed the tour — the guides were friendly and took the time to explain everything about the places we visited, which made the experience even more special. What I appreciated the most was their genuine care. One of the agents even helped me on a different day, when I was completely lost trying to find my bus back to Hanoi. He went out of his way to assist me, even though it wasn’t part of the tour. I truly recommend this agency. If you are in Ninh Binh and want a well-organized tour with warm, helpful people, this is the right place.

We have travelled throughout Vietnam and have done numerous tours. This would be far have to be the best, and that was because of Chumy. She was an absolute blast, very informative, super friendly with great communication skills. Highly recommended.

Chumy, our brilliant guide, picked us up at our homestay with a big smile and was so helpful throughout the whole day. She was a bundle of information and knew all about the temples and pagodas. The contact over WhatsApp went smoothly and she was so kind to send us group pictures and other pictures she took of us. We highly recommend to book a tour with them.

We did the ‘Ninh Binh: Trang An Boat, Bai Dinh, Hoa Lu & Mua Cave at sunset’ tour. Despite only booking with less than 24 hours notice, everything went smoothly. Booking was seamless, pickup was smooth and the tour was fantastic. Chumy was a very knowledgeable and attentive guide. I would highly recommend this tour.

I've booked by Getyourguide "Tam Coc, Bich Dong and Dundj valley by bike". Unfortunately it was raining all the day, but I had the chance to get a private tour and it was less crowded (especially Bich Dong Pagoda). Van Anh was really friendly and the team i've met at the office as well. At the end of the tour, they offered me to drop me off further from my meeting point. I appreciate a lot, because it was still raining and the cold started to hit me hard Thanks a lot From a french vietnamese who doesn't speak a Word 🫶

We traveled as two families for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The trip was very well organized and perfectly suited for families, with a great balance between activities and relaxation. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and family-friendly, offering enough space and privacy for everyone. The location was excellent, close to attractions and easy to get around. All activities were enjoyable for both adults and children, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Communication was smooth, and everything went according to plan, which made the trip stress-free. We truly enjoyed the time spent together and created beautiful memories. Highly recommended for families looking for a short, well-planned getaway!

November 2025: I am a Level 7 contributor (> 400 reviews) on Google and regularly review eateries and experiences both in Asia and Melbourne. I used Ninh Binh footprint travel to book a tour of Bai Dinh pagoda, Trang An water complex and Mua Cave. My tour guide was Tommy, and ge added Hoa Lu temple because many in the group selected those 4 attractions. We started off at Bai Dinh and this was the most impressive attraction. I was expecting a more detailed, historical explanation from Tommy, but didn't get that. Other tour guides were better in their explanation. The next attraction is the Hoa Lu temple in honour of the first King of Vietnam. It was a waste of time, entering the temple to look at unremarkable statues behind barriers. The first King has 3 sons. Against the tradition, he appointed the middle son to succeed him. Unhappy, the eldest son killed the middle son. A general killed the King and the eldest son, married the Queen, and used the youngest son as a puppet to run the kingdom. That's how the history goes... After Hoa Lu, we had lunch at the Footprint restaurant. The food was average. Drinks were excluded. I wanted to order a pina colada and the staff said it was not available. After lunch, we went to Trang An. It had started to rain. The boat ride was 2 hours; each boat could seat 3 - 4 passengers. I sat at the last row and my view was blocked by an umbrella held by the couple in front. There was no shade, and I was drenched. It was extremely uncomfortable sitting on hard seats throughout the journey. After Trang An, we went to Mua Cave. By then, the rain has reduced in intensity. Mua Cave is an interesting site. The climb up can be strenuous, and slippery because of the rain. I climbed to the viewpoints of the river and the rice fields. Overall, the tour was average. The communication with the tour agent on What's App was excellent 👏👏.
