  Awesome experience around Ninh Binh, our guide Det was so much fun, he was so knowledgeable and you should ask to be on his tour! The place was so beautiful, such a good variety of things to do!

  Such a great experience! Our guide Hung was super knowledgeable, great English and friendly, explaining everything about local history, Buddhism, and culture. The tour covered beautiful spots, Bich Dong Pagoda, the Mua Cave viewpoint, Hoa Lu ancient capital, and a boat ride through the caves of Trang An. Everything was well organized, the lunch was delicious, and the group was fun and international. Highly recommend this tour, it’s the perfect way to see the best of Ninh Binh in one day!

  We stumbled across this store in Ninh Binh and had no set plan on what to do, he set out a plan which worked perfectly for our next destination. Organising 2 cruises, bus travel, hotel accommodation and hotel pick ups each day. Everything run smoothly and exactly how they planned it out for us. Cannot fault their service really happy to recommend them

  I did the Cuc Phoung Jungle hike & wildlife. It was really cool. I got to see several endangered monkeys, trek the the jungle with spiders, snakes, & leeches. We also saw some cool caves. I would come prepared to go on a real hike through the jungle. Also the lunch was delicious. The travel agency also helped exchange my USD into dong. Very nice guy & super cool guide with lots of knowledge. I highly recommend this tour.

  This company is amazing. The man was extremely friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in and explained all the options and prices. I mentioned that I would be coming back tomorrow, and he didn’t push me to book right away. Instead, he simply welcomed me back. Not only that, but after I explained that I had a lot of luggage to carry, he arranged a taxi from the homestay to the bus station free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to other travellers looking for an affordable and reliable travel service.

  Tuoi and Long were our your guides for the Ninh Binh motorbike tour. We were taken to the local pagoda to meet the monk, who spoke with us about the Buddhist history before offering us some fresh fruit to enjoy together. We then went to Mua Cave to hike up the Lying Dragon for sunset - the 500 steps was worth it for the views! Afterwards, we rode to Hoa Lu ancient town and our guides shard their knowledge of the rice fields along the way. We stopped for some food at the walking street before our guides dropped us back off at our hotel.   Booked the Ha Long cruise with these guys...absolutely no issue with the cruise, the guides etc All fine...good experience. BUT DONT BOOK THROUGH NINH BINH INSIGHT TRAVEL, USE ANOTHER AGENT...I WAS SCAMMED: Knew from start I wanted 3* so they sent me an itinerary for a 2 night cruise...chose it because the 2nd day was different with cycling and visit to a National Park. Suffice to say the 2nd day was an identical repeat of my first day, and no cycling nor National Park. Contacted this agent, and he'd sent me an itinerary for a different cruise company and it was apparently 4*. Spoilt the 2nd day, and of course I could not get off! Our messages clearly state 3* before and after he sent the itinerary - very frustrating and left a bad taste! Guides tried to help but there was nothing they could do once we'd set sail. Scammed!! Use another agent, and enjoy your cruise!

  Originally thought it was a good deal but the whole thing was a nightmare - firstly they made us walk with bags half a mile to the bus station after the bus was late by an hour and a half, fair play it was a holiday but they told us we’d be able to get a taxi to the bus station which was a lie. After we got on the majorly overcrowded bus (people asleep on the floor, people also smoking those tobacco pipes either in the doorway on on the actual bus, which is what it smelt like) the bus stopped 9 hours later at a destination 2 hours from our final destination - for some reason this was to clean the bus????? After this we waited 2 hours for a second taxi to take us to another bus station for some reason - they then asked us to wait 40 minutes at this bus station to leave. At this point we just got a grab 2 hours to our final destination in Da Nang which cost us 1.5 million from our own pocket. It’s all well and good going with a smaller dealer for cheaper but atleast with the big boy companies it’s only slightly more expensive and you can see which bus you get instead of our really quite poor one. Something to consider.
