  We booked this tour through our hotel last minute so we were a little unsure. We did the full day, with multiple stops and 2hr boat ride. It was excellent ninh binh and trang an are so beautiful and Moon (our tour guide) kept everything running smoothly and was very knowledgeable about all the stops. She was able to answer all of our additional questions and we had an excellent day out.

  It was such a great agency that I have done ever. The services were amazing, well_arranged . It reached to our expectation so far. Hung is very informative and helful man. Highly recommend this agency to everyone

  Harry gave us a wonderful tour. It was interesting to visit all these beautiful spots in Ninh Binh. Everything was organized and taken care of for us. Harry is knowledgeable and so personable. He made our day very enjoyable.

  Writing from my experience, we booked a VIP bus from this agency till Danang. Super easy booking process, great prices(lowest in the whole street), believe me I checked 4-5 operators. The front desk person is very nice and kind, while waiting for bus he even made us complimentary coffee from his personal stash, which just made our day. Highly recommended. You can trust this agency for a great experience.

  Booked the day tour and a bus with them. The day trip was awesome got to see some of the highlights of Ninh Binh, met some cool people during the tour. The guide was really sweet and loved telling us about the history of the places. The ladies who helped me at the booking place were also really nice and helped me choose something I would enjoy for a tour. Would recommend this booking office and the Ninh Binh tour (also trang an is a must see!). Overall 10/10 experience :)

  I wish I could give 0 stars. We booked a transfer from Ninh Binh to Ha long Bay, for two people, for 450k VND, with the promise of getting to our destination by latest 11:30. We arrived at 12:10 because the driver and staff were too busy smoking in the 3-4 breaks we had in this 4 hour long trip. We also had to switch busses in between and the transfer was not for a few people in a van (which would justify the price) but in a 30+ seat crowded bus. Also they told us they would confirm the ticket in advance and send the phone number of the driver the night before, but they did not. It was us asking for the info 1h before the supposed arrival of the pick up. I do not suggest booking from this place ever and good luck to your heart in case you did.

  don’t go here. I booked a tour with them the tour guide’s english was horrible, couldn’t understand a thing. the tour guide is the exact reason I booked a tour and didn’t do the attractions myself. but that’s not all! the day after I booked a bus with them to mai chau. Hung told me the bus will pick me up from my current homestay and will drop me off at my homestay there. after I paid and asked a question they started to act rude. at night just before closing Hung sent me a message telling the bus won’t drop me at my homestay bc mai chau is too big. he told me where I’m going to get dropped off and I checked and it was 4 minute drive from my homestay. I told him that and he didn’t care. because it was part of what I paid for I asked if they’re going to provide another solution. I was ghosted after asking. so I asked again and then he told me to take a taxi or walk. on the day after they told me the bus is fully booked so some guy will take us to mai chau. they told me that if I wanted to be dropped off at my homestay I should add 50,000 dong(for 4 minutes drive)!!!! The driver of course wasn’t professional at all and made 3 stops along the way to smoke. I told Hung at the beginning of the drive that I’m not going to pay and asked him to tell the driver (because he didn’t know english) when we got there- surprise surprise he didn’t tell the driver so I just got off where the other people got off. I checked on google maps and my homestay was not 4 minutes drive away, but 2(it was just down the same road). I was really really disappointed, I wanted to recommend them to my friends that came just the day I left and leave a good review because at first they seemed really nice and trustworthy.
