  Today we did the day tour that took in Trang Ang and a number of local temples hoa lu - it was incredibly good. Tony our guide took extra care over everything and the effort he put in was exceptional. Would recommend- but you will need to have good fitness and energy as it's a really well packed day. Trong our driver was amazing too.

  Nihn Bihn Tours Company was perfect for our day trip and we’d highly recommend them. Our guide Tony was amazingly attentive and highly knowledgeable. The pick up/drop off from our hotel was smooth. Communication was great. And overall we just had a great time. We went on a boat, hiked, cycled, ate, and got to know so much about history and the town we visited. It was also a great value for our money and simplified a lot of our planning to get to explore as much as possible. Thanks Tony and the company!

  Great trip with Kathryn/Ha! She was a knowledgeable guide who was happy to host us even during Tet. Beautiful to see the temples during the holiday. We loved all the different elements included in our tour. Easy drive in a comfortable vehicle. Lunch was good with lots of options. The biking part was a bit wild with the quality of the bikes but Kathryn did a great job keeping us together.

  I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Ninh Binh Tours Company - truly one of the most reputable tour operators in Hanoi. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their outstanding team. The staff are incredibly professional, responsive, and dedicated. They provided thoughtful consultation at all times, regardless of how early or late we contacted them. What really stood out was their attention to the smallest details. They carefully asked about our ages, dietary preferences, and even checked whether we were physically able to climb at Hang Mua. This level of care made us feel completely safe and well taken care of. We were especially impressed by Helen - an extraordinary staff member. In fact, we had initially booked a tour on Klook, but decided to cancel it because of her. Her dedication and sincerity truly convinced us. She supported us tirelessly, no matter the time of day, and made sure everything was perfectly prepared - from transportation details, guide arrangements, to the exact pickup time at our hotel. Every detail was handled with precision and genuine care. This is the first time we have come across such a trustworthy and professional company. It’s a pity we didn’t know about them earlier, especially since they also organize tours to Ha Long Bay, Ha Giang, Mai Chau, and Sapa. Without a doubt, we will recommend Ninh Binh Tours Company to all of our friends and family. We truly don’t know what more to say - thank you from the bottom of our hearts Our guide Tony was also amazing and very helpful. Guided us throughout and stayed with us everywhere. Our car driver was also very respectful and always helping.

  Definitely recommend this company if you want to visit Ninh Binh. My friend and I booked the night before going, and our contact Helen, made the process very easy and straightforward. Our tour guide Tony was so friendly and enthusiastic. With him, we got to see the many things that Ninh Binh had to offer.

  Tracy did a fantastic job arranging everything, even though we booked just one day before the trip. The service was excellent — great tour guide, comfortable transportation, and smooth organization from start to finish. Ninh Binh is incredibly beautiful, and the whole experience was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend booking with Tracy at Vietnam Travel Service— she’s very professional, takes great care of her guests, and provides top-quality service. 10/10!

  This tour was amazing. First of all, our guide, Da, took me up to date on the day before regarding my exact pick up time, that was very convenient. The group is quite small, and the limousine very comfortable. The tour itself was amazing : breathtaking landscapes, beautiful pagodas and delicious food... This overview of the heritage of the country is really worth it. In addition, our guide Da was over the top. He's passionate about the history of Vietnam and knows a lot of things about history and culture, and never hesitates to give you good advices about the everyday life and information about the culture. He is moreover friendly but discrete, very dynamic, and takes care of everyone in the group. Special thanks to him for having contributed so much to this unforgettable experience I would highly recommend. :)

  We had an amazing experience in Ninh Bình. The landscapes are stunning and the tour ran smoothly. Tracy was very attentive and helpful, making sure we enjoyed every moment. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone, 10/10!
