  Really nice company and the girl who worked there phoung she was so helpful . She even stayed there till i got in the bus at 8:30pm . The bus was new and i slept really good between ninh binh to DaNang . Definitely Recommended

  We booked a bus through this company. We had a few confusions with our trip but Jessica was the BEST! She was amazing and helped us out with all of our concerns. We even accidentally messaged her instead of our hotel with questions after our bus journey and she helped us out with all of those as well. Highly recommend this company and Jessica. Thank you!

  I don't usually write reviews on here but I felt compelled to for this company. Hands down the best transport experience I've had in my life. Was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided with this company. From the moment you arrived at their office in Ninh Binh staff are there to greet you and provide you with a chair and information. The busses run on time like clockwork every 15 minutes. The bus itself is super modern and comfortable you're provided with a blanket and water and wet wipes. The cabin is so clean and comfortable with a TV screen and usb charging ports, reading light with multiple settings. There is a shutter for the indow so no light comes in if you choose. There is also a curtain to the bus itself which velcros shut so you can have full privacy. I felt the driver drove safely and also didn't sound the horn too much or too loudly (which I was worried about as I was in the front cabin) when you arrive at Hoi AN you are dropped at their super modern, clean and well staffed office where they even provid complimentary snacks and tea which was great for us as we had to wait there a few hours before we could check into our hostel. Overall a brilliant experience would highly recommend.

  I travelled twice with this company as the first time was great. Second trip was a night bus and the overall experience was amazing. Highly highly recommend for foreign people as the service is high level and the whatsapp hotline is an outstanding plus to make you feel safe and sure in case of doubts/issues. If I'll need to take other buses in Vietnam I'll surely go again with Grouptour

  DON'T BUY TICKETS WITH THEM!!!. I don't put 0 because is not possible. Is a big scam. They cheat you. When you try to solve the problem they threaten you saying that they will cancel the booking and stop the bus when you are already in the bus during the travel. We have paid two cabins and we finished both of us going in one cabin in a 12h trip.
