Lowest fee in Ninh Binh of 55k! It worked perfectly with my Monzo card, although the maximum amount I could withdraw was 3 mill.

As of writing, withdrew 3m vnd from AUD, charged 55k fee and had MasterCard exchange rates. However, does not warn of fees or allow you to confirm transaction

Cheapest withdrawal fee in Ninh Binh @ 55,000 VND, regardless of withdrawal amount it seems. 3,000,000 VND maximum withdrawal amount. No issues noted.

Wise card withdrawal 3m, charge 55k atm + 30k wise. Be patient, the ATM returns the card as a very last step after dispensing money, printing the receipt and asking if you want another transaction.

Based on other reviews it's the cheapest ATM in Tam Coc. 3000000 VND is the maximum amount and there's 55000 VND for its withdrawal. I use Wise card (Visa).

Could withdraw 3Mil. But card got stuck in there. You need to contact the office in ninhbin. Mine got stuck at 12:00am and finally got it back at 6:00 pm. They had like 3 card at the time. Wouldn't recommand...
