  The hospital was clean. I came with an allergic reaction on my face and I was sent to dermatology. The staff was nice to me and they did all the tests. Dr. Duyen was very kind to me and Showed professionalism. It has been three days and my face started recovering. So only good words to say

  I just visited here as I was scratched by a puppy yesterday and so had to start a series of rabies shots. I was worried I would be treated like a silly westerner for getting close to animals (which would be fair) but I was treated with courtesy and respect and clearly informed of further steps to fully protect myself. I am very grateful to all the staff I interacted with and thank them for treating me kindly rather than with disdain. I found the vaccination centre to be clean and in very good order.

  I went there for my third shot of rabies and i was really well received by the doctor, he made sure i understood everything and asked me a lot of questions to make sure everything was ok. i could not recommend enough of you need any vaccines, when you arrives it is directly on you right ;)

  I haven’t had a second opinion on the results, but my visit was so much better than expected. Staff were really lovely, it wasn’t too overcrowded and they were very quick.

  International guests better seek help elsewhere. We got help, but very basic. And no painkillers for my daughter in pain. Nobody speaks English and they hardly do effort when using a translation app. We could leave very fast with any further medical assistance. Not even what to buy at the pharmacy. I do am grateful that I did not have to pay for the services. Still I gladly would with some extra help.

  I don't normally leave bad reviews, but just want to do this to warn other traveller's. Our accommodation recommended this place for traveller's who need medical care but it was not a good experience. The staff were very dismissive and quite rude, and after telling a nurse the symptoms she sent us straight to get blood tests, ENT and an ultrasound with no explanation. We have been here for 2 hours and still no explanation of our results. It felt like a money making scheme because each thing we had done added to the bill. It seems this place is overstretched and understaffed and caters more to medical emergencies. I would recommend waiting to get to a bigger city rather if you need medical care.

  Horrible experience. I had severe food posioning, I was collapsing and no one cared. No one helped me up, luckily my boyfriend was with me. Not hygienic at all, no gloves used. I was not throughly checked. No advice given to me or explanation to know if I was well enough to leave the hospital. They refused to take me into the ward without paying first even though I was collapsing and was becoming life threatening. I collapsed again when I was leaving the hospital and still no one thought to check me. I was left with an empty IV drip in my arm for 2 hours. I feel very sad for other patients in particular elderly. A lot of locals were doing more than the nurses!! Huge problems in this hospital, something needs to be done.

  This place is almost dangerous. Absolutely no sanitation in place. I was in a ward with about 30 others and there was one bathroom to share, which was infested with cockroaches and had blood everywhere. Staff don't seem to care in the slightest. I was lucky that there was another patient in the ward who's friends were foreign nurses and they were more helpful than the staff. If you can, drive the 2 hrs to Hanoi this place is horrible
