  Great location, lovely big clean rooms. Breakfast was nice. You can use bicycles for free or rent scooters. The family running this home stay were so so lovely and kind. They were always so helpful. We had a sleeper train that night after we checked out out at 12pm and they let us shower and even invited us to join their family for dinner while we waited for our transfer. I would definitely 100% recommend this home stay and would definitely stay here again!

  Chance upon this place by our Vietnam friend. A nice cosy home stay with beautiful view of open rice fields, big clean rooms with big toilet $ high roof to keep you cool Equipped with a small swimming pool to laze around under the sun, and of course we were welcomed and served by wonderful host. A must if you are in Tam Coc.

  The location of this hotel couldn’t be better. It’s a hop skip and a jump to the river boat departure area, restaurants, and main public square. Our room was basic but adequate, but didn’t have a television or safe. The bathroom was nice, and spacious. The pool was also nice and the lady in charge was very helpful.

  We stayed three nights but wish we could have stayed more. Even with the rain it didn’t spoil our time.||We had an executive room on the ground floor and enjoyed the location. Our room was close to the swimming pool which was inviting.||The position of the home stay is great and is run by a great family. Not only did they stay up for our late arrival, they also organised bus tickets for us and took us to where the bus collected us from. ||The breakfast although simple did it’s job. ||I loved the location so close to everything and only a few minutes walk to the boats on the river.||The room had everything we needed.||The family were so lovely.||Would we stay here again, most definitely, in fact we are thinking of going back in September.

  I cannot recommend this homestay enough! It’s in a fab location in Tam Coc, close to all the sights yet peaceful and relaxing. The pool is lovely , the rooms are spotless, and the beds are by far the most comfortable we’ve had while traveling. This is family ran and they are incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect — nothing was too much trouble. On top of that, they offer super affordable motorbike rentals and laundry services, which made our stay even easier. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home with amazing hosts in the heart of Tam Coc, this is it! I would like to shout out Loan, our host, was incredible — she guided us around the area, suggested the best places to visit, helped plan our days, and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and had an amazing stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her.

  Beautiful Homestay|Beautiful property, nice surroundings, friendly staff. Breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip in Vietnam. Highly recommended!
