  Highly not recommended to take the 20.30 standard sleeper but to Hue. I have traveled in other sleeper buses and, even not being the most comfortable, they were decent. This was not the case. 11hrs of sitting in a tiny sit, not being able to stretch my legs (and I'm 1.60!) And the worst part of being in 40° sticky-air environment, what made it impossible to sleep. It was truly awful, better spending a bit more and travel in the more spacious sleeper buses

  Even after repeatedly asking if it was a new coach, I was assured it was. Guess what? Of course not. It's IMPORTANT to make sure the coach is new when booking VIP 22 cabins. The staff at the travel agency didn't seem to know the difference.

  The lady was friendly, but sold me a more expensive option, saying that it was more comfortable because the bed would lie flat. On the day of my trip, they sent me a WhatsApp message saying that the bus was going to leave 1 hour earlier due to the traffic. However, I am pretty sure they just put me in another bus, because I am at the bus atm and the seat doesn’t recline more than halfway. It’s a 14 hours trip and it is completely uncomfortable!!! The annoying thing is that I have paid the price for the better one exactly for this reason. Completely disappointed. Edit after answer: I did book online as it was cheaper and the lady said it was the same thing - I confirmed it with her! I won’t remove the review as who changed my bus time and eventually the bus type was you.

  This has been the worst experiance of my life. You over booked the bus there are bags lieing in the corridors of the bus and there is a man sleeping on the corridor floor beside my girlfriends private cabin, I stood on him on my way to ask for a toilet stop as they have not made a toilet stop. My girlfriend was entirely uncomfortable with a random man sleeping within half a metre away, very creepy. Unacceptable trip I would request a full refund or this will be plastered all over social media. I looked at all other 1 star reviews and you seem to have a smart answer for all of them, this was one of your buses as I was in the office with you guys with records of our names and receipts, the fact that you have made my partner feel unsafe and uncomfortable with this man lieing in the corridor is unforgivable, you made a huge mistake and over booked the bus pay the refund!

  At the beginning of the trip even before we left the chauffeur walked down the aisle of the bus practically screaming « toilet toilet ». That was the first sign that something was not right. We were on the bus 3.5 hours before stopping,our only stop on the 7 hour ride.They deviated from the regular road to deliver merchandise and the only reason we were able to go to the toilet was because of those deliveries, otherwise I am not convinced we would have stopped. Those toilets were disgustingly dirty and not sufficient for all on the bus. We had to wait in line as there were only 2 squatting toilets. They took better care of the merchandise they were delivering than us on the bus. We did not stop for food. We were treated like animals. Do not choose this agency. You have been warned. All 22 passengers were outraged, had never experienced such a ride.

  🚨⚠️PLEASE! DON'T BOOK YOUR LONG-DISTANCE BUS WITH THEM!!!🚨⚠️I am giving one star because Google doesn't let me give you less than that! You are making a business out of people's dreams. You are terrible human beings who make the great country of Vietnam look bad. I saw all the bad reviews. You make people go through a very bad experience. It's not fair. You made me and my partner had the worst bus experience of my life. And don't you even dare to answer and call me a liar. Because I'm gonna keep giving you reviews! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
