  Easy booking for Ninh Binh private day tour. You can customise the plan to your liking and ask for early pick up timing. The car was comfortable and clean. We wanted to visit Trang An and Bai Dinh Pagoda only, and avoid the Mua cave that is usually included in the common tour packages. We included the add on for an English tour guide. He was informative and friendly and helped us take family pictures. He also suggested the Hoa Lu old town as well. It was really pretty place too.

  I had an excellent experience with Ninh Binh Tourist Center and would highly recommend their service. I booked a private driver for the day, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip. Even though my driver didn’t speak much English, he communicated easily using a translator and made a real effort to ensure I had a great experience. He gave fantastic recommendations on what to see and do, took me to local street stalls so I could try authentic Vietnamese food, and helped organize everything along the way. He even handled getting tickets for the main sights, which made the day completely stress-free. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and very memorable experience. I would definitely book again and was very happy to travel with them!

  This is THE company for private tours in Ninh Binh. I booked the private easy rider two days in row. Dai drove me to wherever I wanted, nowhere was too far, but he also gave great suggestions. Along the way he pointed out interesting sights and made sure to stop for photos. He was so good and really made my trip amazing. On the second day he understood what sort of things I enjoy and showed me sights where normally tourists wouldn't go. I felt so lucky to have been able to travel with this company. The prices are all stated clearly on the website and there are no surprises. Very kind, honest people. I highly recommend!

  I visited Ninh Binh during start of May-2025. We were a group with young toddlers and an infant. Our custom tour went really well, booked about 10 days before the trip, it was quick and easy. Tour guide (Thang) was very patient. He covered most of the things in our itinerary as we wanted. Majority of us were vegetarians and we wanted to try local vegetarian dishes. So he took us to a very nice local restaurant for lunch. We did Mua Cave climbing at the end of the day (around sunset). well worth it. My only suggestion is - we missed Trang An boat ride, due to heavy rush on the day. Later we opted for Tam coc boat ride. It would be helpful if the tour company can engage with the customer in advance and arrange the tickets for such attraction instead just relying on assigned tour guide for buying tickets on the day.

  The trip with Mr. Nguyen was truly pleasant. He drove very safely and professionally, always doing his best to ensure everyone was comfortable and well-cared for. After I left my sunglasses in his car, he did more than expected – returning to the airport to give them back to me even after I had left. Excellent service, 10/10, highly recommended.

  We had a fantastic private tour yesterday! Our English speaking guide, Tim, was brilliant. He gave us great guidance on the sights to see that suited our interests. The bike riding was great fun & the scenery was stunning. Highly recommend

  We had a great experience with Ninhbinh tourist center.We booked with them twice, and both times the service was excellent. The office team was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, and their fluent English made communication easy and pleasant. Our driver, Mr. Hùng , was professional, safe, and friendly — he even had a translator so we could chat comfortably during the trip. Highly recommended!

  I was very disappointed in this tour. The driver was 25 minutes late picking us up. We scheduled the pick-up for 7am so that we could beat the heat on the hike up the dragon steps. He had no idea what we were supposed to be doing and dropped us off at the boat trip.... We had no idea where we were and had to call him back. The included lunch was supposed to be a Vietnamese lunch... They took us to a pizza and burger place. There was no guiding at all... Completely to us to figure out. We had to tell him. Where to go and what to do. He spent the entire day, including when he was driving , scrolling through his social media instead of focusing on the road. To top it off, we had been charged a fuel surcharge when we booked due to the current spike in gas prices .... We were driven around all day in an electric vehicle ( great , but why the surcharge then) . I paid the driver what my invoice noted and even after all that left a small tip... only to have him come back to ask for money for water... other than water with lunch we paid for all our own water , but I didn't have the energy to argue or figure it out. After a month touring around Asia , and MANY yours, this was the worst experience by far.
