  Very good price and great customer service. We lost the key to our bike on a hike and they gave us a new one with gas, no charge! Our mistake and they were so kind and accommodating. Would definitely use their service again!

  Amazing guy very fair price. We locked the hole by accident and he drove 30 minutes away to help. And in the evening I thought the bike didn’t work but it was just you need to put the stand down to turn it on

  I was in need of a motor bike on rent while in Ninh Binh and I was lucky to find this travel office with kind staff that helped me get a good bike from them on very reasonable price. I was so satisfied that when I needed to book my return bus ticket to Hanoi I went there again and again I was helped by the same office staff ( particularly by Mr. Baw a young man with smile was so kind that he offered me the best deal ) I realised that the entire staff there is very kind and honest. I wish them a brighter future. And I hope to go there again if so I would ask for their services again to organise my trip.

  I had a great time exploring Ninh Binh thanks to Vietnam Sunseekers Travel. I rented a motorbike, booked a bus transfer, and got some amazing sightseeing tips — everything was super helpful. There were a few hiccups with the bus transfer, but Vuong went above and beyond, even staying up late to sort it out. You can tell he genuinely cares and isn’t just in it for the money. The motorbike was in great shape, and Vuong’s suggestions helped me discover some beautiful, less touristy spots. He’s honest, kind, and really makes you feel like a friend, not just a customer. Big thanks and warm greetings to Vuong, his brothers, and Ice Cream (little guy) — you guys made my trip to Ninh Binh extra special! Highly recommend this travel agency to anyone passing through.

  The staff is nice and friendly but the motorbikes need more maintenance. I dont care old. I care efficient. I have to change bike 3 times.

  Faced many issues here: - bike seat didn’t close and had to be fixed - bike wouldn’t start after we drove off, so came back to switch to another one - new bike’s phone holder was broken, they replaced it but it didn’t keep phone in - new bike seat lock was stiff - speedometer doesn’t work on any of their bikes Pros: - no deposit and you don’t need to leave your passport - they weren’t fussed about the condition of the bike at all - scooter was only 120,000 dong for 24 hours
