  My partner and I had a wonderful trip from Ninh Binh to cat ba with driver Mr Huy. He was on time, helpful, and a safe driver, not being fast and wreckless but also not being too slow. He didn't speak much English but had a warm, friendly demeanor that I really appreciated, and we got on easily with google translate. He was happy for me to snack in the car and even got us a drink (on top of the complimentary water). He was accommodating, stopping at (clean, comfortable) bathrooms on request and even finding us an ATM. Quy and Emmy, the people I spoke to via WhatsApp text to book the drive, were polite, responding almost immediately, helping me book the trip within minutes, and even checked in after to make sure we were safely at our destination. When I told them the time I'd like to arrive, they advised me what time I should leave, and even with a bit of messing around (we had to go back to our hotel cause we'd forgotten something), we made good time and got there a comfortable half an hour before expected. The price was very reasonable, and I would readily recommend them and book with them again. Thank you to the Queen's travel team!

  If you’re looking for a reliable travel agency, stop searching! This agency not only offers the best tours and transportation, but also continues to support you throughout your trips or bus journeys if needed. I received tremendous help from Quy during my travels in northern Vietnam. Although the office is new, I can highly recommend it. Normally, I manage everything myself, as I’m usually skeptical of booking offices. However, Tam Coc Travel Queen truly focuses on meeting your needs!

  Our trip to Halong Bay aboard the Aurora Cruise was absolutely unforgettable! From the very beginning, everything was organized flawlessly, and we could simply relax and enjoy every moment of this incredible experience. The breathtaking views, luxurious cruise atmosphere, delicious food, and perfectly planned program exceeded all our expectations. It truly felt like a dream. A very special thank you goes to the wonderful staff member of Tom Coc Queen's Travel, who took care of us with such warmth and kindness. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Her positive energy and genuine care made our journey even more special and memorable.   We had the best experience booking a full day tour in Ninh Binh with Quy. The experience booking our trip was smooth, communication was plentiful, and the tour itself was a 10/10! Our guide provided great explanations for each activity and we saw so much in just one day! A highlight was the boat tour in Trang An. We will definitely book with Quy again if we ever get the opportunity to visit in the future. Thank you for everything!!!!

  If I could give 100 stars I would. This was genuinely the best customer service I have ever had, not just in Asia but in the world. I never bother to leave reviews but Quy/Emmy was amazing from start to finish, despite me being difficult and changing plans around! I became unwell on an excursion and she was so empathetic and caring, and even when we changed dates she was so accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She checked in on me multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I am so glad I booked with Queen and she definitely loves up to the name👑. Such a lovely and genuine person. PLEASE book any excursions/onward travel with this company you will NOT regret it ❤️❤️❤️

  I had the chance to join the cooking class in Ninh Binh as well as experience Van Long and Chill Cafe - and it was absolutely outstanding. Starting with the communication with Quy and Emma: it was excellent and immediate. We connected via WhatsApp, and within just a few minutes all details were confirmed, along with a payment link. I initially wrote to them at 11 p.m. expecting a reply the following day, but to my surprise, everything - from booking the class to arranging the visit to Van Long and Chill Cafe - was settled within minutes. The cooking workshop itself was one of the best I have ever attended - not only in Ninh Binh but in general. It was rich in culinary, cultural, and historical insights. Most importantly, the owners’ family welcomed us with incredible warmth and hospitality, making the whole experience feel unique and truly special. Cooking in such an atmosphere was pure joy. After the class, I also received all the recipes we had prepared, so I can recreate them at home - a wonderful bonus. Later, I enjoyed a tour with a very kind driver who not only took great care to point out highlights along the way but also shared interesting facts and ensured we stopped at the most beautiful viewpoints for photos. He was attentive to safety and made sure the whole trip felt relaxed and enjoyable. The surrounding area is simply breathtaking. What makes this experience truly exceptional is the dedication and sincerity of the people providing it. Everything is done wholeheartedly, with great care and a genuine willingness to tailor the program to your expectations. It was a pleasure from start to finish - full of smiles, hospitality, and learning. I highly recommend it to everyone. An unforgettable experience!

  If you need a travel agent or best rate money change this is the place to go to Excellent service!!! I was trying to get out of Ninh Binh during New Year. I haven’t met Quy or Emma. I went to their shop but they were celebrating Tet holidays. I scanned the QR code and used Whats App to communicate with them. Their service is impressive. They checked on locations I wanted to go to. Some bus departures were days away due to the holidays. They booked a bus upon request and the whole communication, pick up time, drop off and payment was easy and seamless. Thank you so much for getting me moving over the Tet new year.
