  Wonderful family owned hotel. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They helped organize some trips. The breakfast which was included was spectacular. We had a choice of Vietnamese breakfast or European breakfast. The Vietnamese breakfast was different every day and delicious. It’s located in a quaint alleyway and we found it easy to walk from there to different places in town. I highly recommend this hotel!

  10/10 A+ Thank you! - Very clean and spacious rooms -The water pressure was strong and the shower was very modern - The AC worked perfectly - Great noise reduction, very quiet rooms - The water pot to boil water was very clean - The room has universal outlets that work for all - Terrific location to great food, motorbike rental, mau cave, Trang An boat tour, and other fun places - The staff are extremely caring, customer centric, kind, and go above and beyond to help their guests: Specifically, my flight was delayed and they assisted me by speaking with the airline company to make sense of it all. -Breakfasts are very good, so is the coffee

  Absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! Clean, spacious rooms (for Vietnam) and most importantly great service! The owner makes this place exceptional and you can tell he puts a lot of love and care into this place. I highly recommend this spot if you’re staying in Ninh Bình! Communication: the owner responds very quickly through WhatsApp. I also asked him to arrange a driver to pick us up from Hanoi and back to Hanoi and he easily arranged it for us! Rooms: the hotel and room is extremely Spacious. It is also extremely clean! The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are so soft and nice! Free waters, a safe to put our belongings, and all the necessary items! The shower gets warm fast and is good pressure! Breakfast: the owner asked us what breakfast we wanted and we were served homemade pho and pork porridge! We also got fresh fruits and homemade fresh orange juice! So thoughtful! Location: this is in the heart of the city of Ninh Bình! A lot of great local spots here and restaurants and some cute boutique shopping too! 12 min walk to Hoa Lư Old Town, 10 min Grab ride to Trang An Boat Tour UNESCO and 20 min Grab to Tam Coc area! Note: stairs only so there are no elevators. The owner took our bags up and down each way! But a note in case an elevator is needed. Overall: I highly recommend this hotel! I would let my friends and family know!

  Walkable to Hoa Lu. My room was quiet and had good AC at a fair price. The owner is a really nice guy. My time in NB was too short. I will be back.

  Family owned, you feel like you are at home! The owners cook breakfast for you each morning and cater to your desires! They help you with tours at affordable rates and recommend what to do and where to eat. The room is spacious, AC works amazing, and location has plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by!

  Fantastic stay at the Hotel - incredibly clean, great breakfast, comfortable beds and quiet. Big room, good air con and lovely family owned location. Bare in mind that you need to travel at least 20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions in Tam Coc & Hang Mua etc.

  Nice spacious room, central location in Ninh Binh City but a taxi ride away from most attractions which are in Tràng An and Tam Cốc, but staying there is too touristy. Good coffee shops nearby. Staff English is limited but nothing Google Translate can't solve. They offer bicycle rentals and private car hire to Nội Bài airport.

  I had a fantastic stay at The Vancouver Hotel Ninh Binh. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making the stay extremely relaxing.||What impressed me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after exploring Ninh Binh.||The location was also very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend The Vancouver Hotel to anyone visiting Ninh Binh and would definitely stay here again!
