  Excellent stay! The hotel is like an ancient castle, but still had all the latest amenities Great staff who took all consideration when we had to check in at 2 AM. Special thanks to Nguyen Hai from the Housekeeping department and the security staff

  Very bad hotel. Horrible experience. No breakfast spread. Since very few guests so denied eggs and omelet and even breads. Mosquitoes roaming on open butter, sugar and pastries. I suggest no one should book their stay at this hotel.

  I hate to say it but this hotel is an absolute joke. I recently stayed there and my room was terrible. There were stains present, the mirror and surrounding wood were severely scratched, discolored patches on the walls, and when taking a shower, water would essentially flood the entire bathroom. Not to mention the bathroom was super musty and smelled like mold. Upon calling down, the male staff knew immediately what was wrong while the female staff acted surprised. It felt like this was an on-going issue for this specific room but they didn't want to admit it. There are honestly other hotels/hostels that are more worth it. Don't stay here!

  Very good location reasonable walking distance to the Hoa Lu old town and walking street. Room is clean even though feels dated. Overall value for money

  Nice hotel, The Vissai hotel near Techcombank, MB Bank, Winmart market. 18 floor view city very nice. I go to Pho co Hoa Lư by Walk. I like breakfast, delicous and staff always smile. I will come Back.

  Nothing online will prepare you for the construction zone that is Vassai. The only functioning portion of this hotel is the front desk, and 1/2 of the restaurant on the first floor. No pools, no bars, no cafe. Not even the parking lot at the front entrance is free from construction.||There is an employee sweeping the lobby 24/7 due to dirt and dust in the air. Not a word when we booked and not a single consession was offered during our stay.||Then there’s the noise. 7am - 10pm (even Sunday) with the grinders, concrete saws, and Jack hammers. The sound moves through the bones of the hotel like your mouth in a dentist chair. Nowhere to hide from it.||Rooms are old and musty. AC is marginal at best. There are piles of debris everywhere. Not trash…steel, concrete, tools, heavy equipment, etc. ||Don’t do it!
