  Nice place for spending night in Ninh Binh, cheap, clean with very helpful owners - we could checked in at 5am (with additional payment 100.000), they also provided laundry service (for 2 big bags with laundry we’ve paid 200.000).

  Very enjoyable stay 😊 Very helpful staff- family run authentic business who will help you plan your days in Ninh Binh and surrounding areas ! Very well priced rooms with hot water & AC & motorbike rentals. Super happy with this place & would definitely come back!

  J'ai passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel simple mais propre avec un bon rapport qualité prix. De là vous pouvez prendre un Grab/taxi pour vous rendre aux différentes attractions aux alentours. Vous pourrez également louer un scooter une journée entière. Le gérant vous aidera et répondra à toutes vos questions. Vous êtes environ à 20 min à pieds du centre. Honnêtement pour un point de chute à Ninh Binh j'ai passé un bon séjour. La literie était très confortable et la chambre très calme. Et le petit chien 🐶 est trop mignon !

  Very nice hotel, but a little bit far from the touristic places in ninh binh although you can experience a real vietnamise routine, be prepared to take a few taxis and walk around to know the city and restaurants. Also the family that works there are very kind and sweet

  The room itself might be okay even though there was garbage on the floor and it was very minimalistic (didn’t even have small bed lights or so). But the surrounding was really disturbing. The building was very noisy. You could hear people talking, coughing, walking the whole night. Also, above the door was a little window so the room lit up every time the light in the staircase was turned on. Next to the hotel was very loud music. It started with techno in the evening and ended with Vietnamese music in the morning. It was so loud that it even came through my noise cancelling headphones. Also underestimated the distance to the touristic spots around Ninh binh. Better stay directly in Tam Coc therefore. Service was okay, but the front desk people weren’t really informed. The lady asked me whether I check out already and what the price was when I booked the hotel. Would not stay here again due to several reasons. I didn’t have a relaxing night here.

  Bonne chambre, hôte compréhensible et sympathique car nous avons utilisé leur cuisine ainsi que leur frigo. Ils nous ont trouvé un scooter tout de suite. Seul point négatif était un pauvre chat attaché avec une laisse en fer de 20/30cm sous la grosse table de la cuisine. Sa litière était étalé par terre, il n’avait pas à manger pas à boire et il était sale. Quand on prend un animal on en prend soin, même la petite fille de l’hôte disait « chat pourri ». Ce n’est pas comme cela que l’on éduque ses enfants et que l’on parle de la vie d’un être vivant. Vraiment décevant

  Une honte sans précédent Le personnel n’a aucun cœur vis à vis des animaux. Ils ont un chat ,que la fille de la patronne décrit comme “chat pourri” , attaché à une chaîne de 30cm en permanence. La bestiole ne fais que vivre dans ce petit périmètre de 30cm où il mange et fait ses besoins …. J’ai des animaux à la maison et mon mari est vétérinaire. Le chat était dans un état vraiment déplorable ( mieux donner fin à ses jours que le garder en vie comme ça). Je voulais le libérer une nuit mais lorsque je l’ai approché il était tellement effrayé qu’il a failli s’étouffer avec la chaîne pour m’échapper à mon touché ( à quel point il vit serein sa vie…..) C’est cruel et c’est du jamais vu. Vous devriez avoir la honte à traiter comme ca des êtres vivants juste pour votre propre plaisir et sens du pouvoir.
