  This spot is casual yet excels as both a bar and a restaurant. Even for a tourist destination, you can always count on a high-quality meal here. The raclette is served already melted on your plate; ordering small portions ensures you can enjoy it while it's still warm. The steak, cooked on a hot stone, brings a sense of excitement to the table. With its touch of special flair, dining here will surely be a highlight of your holiday.

  Goat cheese and mango salad to die for…the walnuts sprinkled on top was absolutely decadent to add to the flavours..absolutely must do in Mui Ne…I’m going back tomorrow.. a bit on the expensive side, compared to Vietnamese food but I have being here for over a month and looking for something a bit different, and I definitely got that. Thanks Modjo cafe staff are awesome

  This is truly one of the best places to eat in Mui Ne! The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared, the service was impeccable, and the prices were incredibly reasonable considering the outstanding overall quality. We came here for dinner twice and were genuinely impressed both times. I highly recommend this restaurant!

  I’m so glad I had the chance to visit this lovely restaurant. As a picky eater, I was especially impressed with the steak tenderloin paired with potato gratin, which was absolutely excellent. I also really enjoyed the chill atmosphere, which is perfect for both dining and having great conversations. The service was superb, and the team truly made the experience memorable (you know who you are!). My stay in Mui Ne would not have been nearly as enjoyable without meeting the amazing people behind Modjo Restaurant & Bar. This place is definitely a must-try when visiting Mui Ne.

  One of the best restaurants in Mui Ne. The food is fresh and delicious. The dishes are grande and we weren’t able to eat it all. The staff is friendly. The Modjo Burger is a must try and the Carbonara is super delicious. Will return here every time in Mui Ne🤙

  We had a really lovely evening at Modjo Restaurant and Bar in Mui Ne. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the door and our request for a window table was kindly accommodated, which set the tone straight away. We visited on a Thursday evening and didn’t need to reserve. The atmosphere and lighting were excellent, calm, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a month in Vietnam. The elevated position of the restaurant really adds to the experience and makes it feel like a stand-out spot. The drinks menu is strong, with a great choice of wines by the glass and even a draft beer (Sapporo), which was a nice surprise. We had a beer and tried both the Shiraz and the Côtes du Rhône, all were fabulous. After a month in Vietnam, we were craving freshly baked bread and salmon, and Modjo absolutely delivered. A small but much-missed touch was the balsamic vinegar and olive oil already on the table to enjoy with the bread, something we’ve really missed. If you’re feeling the same, don’t hesitate… head straight here! We ordered the olive tapenade (with extra bread on the side 😬), the salmon with hollandaise and vegetables, and the Montagnarde Salad. The salad was delicious, with perfectly cooked potatoes, Swiss cheese, lettuce, yellow baby tomatoes, and a really well-balanced dressing. The salmon fillet was huge and cooked to perfection. We shared everything, and the staff kindly brought us two plates. Service throughout was attentive and genuinely outstanding without being intrusive. Honestly, it was exactly what we needed. Thank you, Modjo, for such a heart-warming and comforting experience. We will definitely be returning to sample the cheese platter and enjoy more wine.

  A hidden gem, truly. We wanted to eat only local food during our stay, after our great experience with local cuisine in Hanoi. However, after many attempts, we were deeply disappointed - this area is very touristy, and the seafood is rather tasteless compared to Mediterranean seafood. So, we decided to break the pattern and try Western food one evening and ended up at Modjo. The quality of the food is outstanding, meeting high European standards. The Swiss managers’ influence is clear in the food quality, the cleanliness of the kitchen, and the professionalism of the staff. Our children had pasta, we had a burger (super juicy), and for dessert, the white chocolate cream in coconut - outstanding. We’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

  A must try in Mui Ne! This restaurant is a hidden gem serving up fabulous European food. The hot-stone tenderloin was the managers recommendation to us, and surpassed all expectation. The pork ribs had a fantastic sauce and the cheese and charcuterie board was composed of very high quality ingredients. I would recommend Modjo to anyone visiting Mui Ne or Phan Thiet.
