First time in a Katinat - service was good and relaxed atmosphere. I had an Avocado coconut something, not quite sure what it was - my wife bought it, but it was very nice

This place gets really busy on Sunday mornings, but the ordering process is efficient. Drinks are prepared quickly, and the shop is spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is also very convenient. While prices are on the higher side, I believe this cafe is one of the best options in Phan Thiet, as I haven't found many good ones here.

Great location, a lot of seats. Nice decoration and architecture. Nice staffs , but the wait was long, our wait was almost 45-50 minutes during the weekend for drinks. Their cakes were alright.
