  I used to think my acne scars were just something I’d have to accept forever. Dr. Lai and her nurses completely shifted that for me. She dedicated a full 5 hours to my treatment subcision to release the deep tethers + fractional laser that felt careful and targeted. What stands out the most is how invested she is. The consult was detailed and thourough she asked about my full history and routine, listened, and planned with me. Post-treatment, she personally reviewed every SINGLE product I was using, checked in regularly via phone (since i don’t live in vietnam), answered questions fast, and gave clear, honest advice on what comes next without pushing anything. If you’re done with generic treatments and want someone who actually cares about getting you real, lasting improvement, go see Dr. Lai. She’s worth every minute and every mile. Highly recommend her to anyone serious about fixing acne scarring.

  I am so grateful to Dr Quoc and his excellent team of surgeons. I broke my ankle, was admitted at 1am, foot xrayed immediately, a phenomenal performance. I was operated on that afternoon. 4 nights before discharge. The surgeons saved my foot. I am in debt to them forever. The care I received was excellent. The professionalism of all staff is a tribute to Vietnam. Thank you so much. Forever grateful.

  I had surgery here for a fractured lateral malleolus. The entire staff was super kind and knowledgeable, so much so that upon my return to Italy, the Italian doctors complimented me on the results of the operation. They only accept cash, and they speak limited English, but with a little willpower, you can communicate.

  I came here for a wound cleaning/dressing change following a motorcycle accident. I was seen and treated within 30 mins by Duy, professional and friendly. The whole thing cost 80k! All staff were welcoming and spoke good English. If you are a westerner, have no concerns!

  My boyfriend needed to come here at about 1:30am due to severe stomach cramps which turned out to be gastroenteritis. As soon as we got here we were seen to instantly and were provided very thorough care from the doctors, who also spoke good English. We were there for about an hour and a half; they did blood tests and an ultrasound and finally prescribed my boyfriend with antibiotics. Great experience.

  Service is good and place is clean, but they will charge the foreigner for everything they can to make a profit. Think before you say yes to something. It's a business but they are opportunistic in getting money out of you when they can. However when all is said and done, this is the best hospital in Phan Thiet. If I had a serious injury I would head to HCMC though (FV, University hospital etc). At the end of the day you get what you pay for. A broken bone or less this is a good place to head.

  One off the best in Phan Thiet City ( not much choice ), please note that Vietnamese dont care about privacy. There are private rooms available for 750,000 VND per night , need to bring your own bedsheets and food. Staff dont speak English. More choice in Ho Chi Minh City.

  They don’t take any credit card. cash only, So disappointed with big hospital. service is quickly but not professional, so confused with quality blood test. took patient 2 time for take blood.
