  I really like the hot americano of highlands, very well balanced, not too bitter, and the ambience is fascinating

  Nice staff served us a good hot chocolate here. This particular outlet was modern, well kept and clean inside. Wi-Fi was good also.

  Nice place. Enjoyed the hot americano and wifi. A bit expensive, a ~300 ml mug of coffee is 49000 VND. But let's say it's for the ambience. There are sockets. Not too cold under the AC. Sea view. The only drawback was the clogged sink in the bathroom. I think this should be cleaned faster.

  We purchased two matcha drinks and a bottle of Dasani water for our son. Since he doesn’t like drinking water at room temperature, we asked for a small cup of ice to go with the bottled water. Unfortunately, our request was declined. We even offered to pay for the cup of ice, but were still refused. This was disappointing, especially because many other coffee shops, including Starbucks, are usually happy to provide a cup of ice water at no charge. A small gesture like this would have made a big difference in our experience.
