  Very short stay to celebrate friend’s birthday before heading to next destination but hotel did all the best to accommodate us. We appreciate every surprise things that they did in our stay. In other hand, as also coming from brand Movenpick, I expect the Signature Chocolate hour should have more selection of sweets. In overall, this is a very short but good stay. Hope to have chance to comeback

  This whole place is a five star experience. Family Friendly, Chocolate hour was great!, clean and tidy, staff exceptionally friendly especially UYEN CHI, she was so lovely. Rooms are clean and comfy. I have to give a special thank you to VY at the Movenpick Resort Spa for there excellent services. I had the Hair wash and came out with beautiful hair and totally relaxed. I would 100% recommend to all Aussie travellers.

  Beautiful resort if you are after a relaxing getaway. It was our anniversary and we were made very welcome from the moment we arrived. Loved just lazing around the pool all day. Rooms were great, nothing to complain about. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Uyen Chi at breakfast for helping my wife and myself, she makes an amazing Cafe Su Da. Reason for my 3stars on location is that apart from a very limited number of restaurants nearby, you are very isolated in choice as the resort is located approximately 12 km south of Phan Thiet.

  We had one week stay in this wonderful hotel. We liked it a lot. Breakfast was really good and wide range of food. A lot fruits. But they did not serve mango ha ha) the hotel also have chocolate party from 3-4 p.m. also during the day housekeeping brings chocolate bars to the room. It was so sweet. Beach is very close. Thanks to Movenpick for our amazing vacation.

  I stayed for two nights at Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort’s sea-pirates theme is beautifully executed — unique, fun, and thoughtfully designed, yet still maintaining a sense of comfort and luxury. I spent some time at the Executive Club, where I enjoyed cocktails and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere before heading to dinner at the restaurant. Dinner was excellent, and the buffet breakfast the next morning was outstanding — a wide variety of options, beautifully presented, and every dish I tried was delicious. What truly made the stay exceptional was the hospitality. Restaurant staff Kevin deserves special mention for his attentiveness and professionalism — warm, polite, and genuinely caring about guest comfort. A very special thank-you to Manager Jo(Chau),who is absolutely amazing. She patiently listens to guests, pays attention to every detail, and genuinely strives to make each guest’s experience memorable. Her presence and leadership clearly reflect in the quality of service throughout the resort. I sincerely wish her great success in her career — she is a true asset to the hotel. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with excellent service, great food, thoughtful management, and a unique atmosphere. I would happily return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phan Thiet.

  While waiting for our room to be prepared, we had lunch at the hotel restaurant. Was there anything else? The service manager, Ms. Jo, was proactive and helpful; we received surprisingly wonderful service. Excellent staff! Thank you

  Hotel Feedback Follow-upI reported to the duty manager regarding the reception staff’s attitude and the manner in which the matter was handled. I would like to express my appreciation to Ms. Nhi for her willingness to listen to and acknowledge the guest’s feedback. She addressed the complaint with a positive attitude and made every effort to improve the situation. Over the course of the two-day stay, her efforts at least allowed the guest to recognize the hotel’s sincerity.As a five-star hotel operating under an international brand, service attitude is of paramount importance if the hotel aims to attract more international guests. Mutual respect is essential. While the property may still be considered for future stays, those expecting a true five-star standard of service are advised to moderate their expectations.

  What an awesome experience this has been. We are here for four days and it is still first day here and we already have started planning for the next trip.....very few locations are that compelling. The atmosphere is so warming and vibes are so positive too. Apart from superb, peaceful location (especially on weekdays) what makes a difference here is the superb staff. Everyone is helpful, charming and ready to go above and beyond. As they say in hotel industry, it is not about the location and amenities....it is more about the the experience, and staff displays that attitude swiftly and promptly. Special mention for Huyen from front office, she was ever ready for all the questions and requests. Thank you for giving us memorable experience thus far and we will definitely come again.
