  We stayed for 3 nights at the Sea-Breeze Homestay and had a great time. The room was tidy and comfortable. It has a ventilator, AC and a Tv. We had an own balcony and a nice bathtub. There was also a little outdoor kitchen to cook. At our last evening Lu invited us to a party with his friend. We had nice dinner, some beer and karaoke. It was great! I would always recommend the hostel if you are in the area. Thank you very much again Lu. Wish you all the best!

  My experience probably wasn't as perfect as what others might have had, so I'm taking the liberty of still giving it 5 stars with some honest feedback. First off, there's no secure car parking available. Technically there is parking, but it's outside on the street and doesn't feel very safe or reassuring. The main issue is that the alleyway leading into the property is quite narrow, which makes it difficult to maneuver a car in and out comfortably, and you're left worrying about your vehicle being parked outside. The decor is somewhat basic and simple – nothing fancy or elaborate. The rooms also lack soundproofing, so you can hear noise from other rooms or outside, which might bother light sleepers. On the positive side, they do provide both hot and cold water, which is definitely appreciated and a necessary amenity. The motorbike rental prices are a bit high compared to the general market rate in the area. To make matters worse, the scooter I rented felt pretty loud and noisy during operation. As for the car rental, the vehicle felt a bit loose – specifically, the brake and accelerator pedals didn't feel very secure or responsive, which made me a little uncomfortable while driving. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something they should probably check and maintain better for safety reasons. That said, the owner is absolutely lovely and caring, which really makes up for some of the shortcomings! Her warm hospitality and attentiveness definitely add a personal touch that makes the stay more pleasant.

  Highly recommended! Good service, and the homestay owner is very nice and friendly. It's newly built, everything is still very new and clean. The homestay owner also sells delicious and reasonably priced Phan Thiet specialties, which you can buy as gifts for friends and family without having to go far or worry about being scammed. I will definitely come back if I have the chance to visit Vietnam again.
