The staff are the cherry on the top of a very nice hotel I like the area, more quiet but good location to walk to the beach, drive / ride to Mui Ne *lack of photos but everything was good* Room was clean and tidy Breakfast was very good

We recently stayed at the Palms and found it very good value, the room was well appointed with balcony overlooking the pool area. We found the staff friendly and helpful .located 5 minutes from town centre and walking distance to the beach. The restaurant was only open in the morning but you could still order dinner ,my one thing that could do with improvement was the shower not having a screen which resulted water splashing everywhere apart from that great place

I had a major booking issue caused by Agoda, but the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to fix the error. Once settled, the room was huge and offered excellent value for money. My only minor complaint was a slight smell from the bathroom drainage, which is worth noting. The pool is lovely, but timing is key: it’s in the sun until 14:30, then stays in the shade. The location is perfect—a quiet area right in front of the park, so it’s peaceful but still has a nice bit of life to it.

There is nothing really great about this hotel. Rooms are badly soundproofed. The bathroom will flood. Windows are dirty. Customer service is practically non-existent. Breakfast is truly awful. The only good thing is that the bar is pretty cheap.

The price is high compared to the quality. 1. There was no iron provided in the guest room. When I asked the front desk, they said ironing service was available. I agreed, but they accepted clothes on Friday and Saturday only — on Sunday they said the service wasn’t available. Seriously? 2. The air conditioner was extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep. I had to request a room change. 3. The bathtub drainage was poor, causing water to overflow and flood the bathroom floor. Overall, not recommend

The service or personnel are absolutely a disgrace for the industry. A total lack of interest, know how, attention ... It makes one wants to run away from this place. Place and room itself are actually not that bad. Okay the pool feels a bit of dirty, but it is a large size. The sauna are a joke. And the restaurant doesn't do afternoon bites.

We are staying in a Superior room with a bathtub, but the experience has been very disappointing. The bathtub does not drain properly, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor, and the hotel has not been able to fix the issue. Every time you take a bath, the water spills out and leaves the entire floor wet. The staff seem unsure how to resolve the problem, and the water has bad smell. I would strongly recommend not booking a room with a bathtub at this hotel. The hotel located near city center and close to the beach. The lobby is very nice set up.

How many stars does it take to get hot water in your room? The safe never worked but I ignored that. Told staff about the no hot water and I had someone come to the room and tell me it was working, it wasn't. The front desk were obstinant about the issue and told me to run the water longer, which I had already. Took them 24hrs to rectify. No apology, just gas lighting the issue. Then to back this up I get rudely hassled by the same front desk staff at 7am about checking out times. Rudeness layered on incompetence.
